Quality work!
This dress was definitely almost like the photo!! Obviously the materials were not exactly like the photo I sent them, but they made sure to get as close to it as possible. It was also constructed very well and the designer kept me updated throughout the process every step of the way! Would definitely recommend!

Great Experience Once Again
The rompers that my cousin and I designed were perfect for the event - everyone was wowed by how incredible they looked! We bought shoes, masks, jewelry and custom bags to match them. Pageant Cape
I have been designing my dresses with lunss for about two years. My most recent design was just a simple chiffon cape for my pageant gown. Every time, they have been amazing and so caring, making sure that my designs come out exactly how I would like them. On top of that, the quality is AMAZING! Lunss will always be my go-to whenever I need help making a dress for a pageant.

One of a kind bodysuit!
When I was wedding dress shopping I had such a clear image in my head of what I wanted, and I could never find it! I finally found something close to my vision, but it was a skirt, a skirt that was so breathtaking that I had to get it! Problem was that now I couldn't find the perfect top! I found a beautiful lace bodysuit, which I did wear for the ceremony, but it wasn't my dream look.
Of course not many Wedding Dress Boutiques sold bodysuits, or even separates at the time when I was searching, so I felt like I was stuck with my "okay" conservative lace ceremony piece. Then I found Lunss, where I took images from several different dresses, and created a one of a kind sparkly, glamorous, sexy, show stopping bodysuit that looked absolutely perfect with my skirt! It was the PERFECT outfit to sparkle on the dance floor all night long!

Dress looked so beautiful and exactly like what I requested, good communication and arrived on time. I got so many compliments and it fit well. Only adjustment I made was that I pinned the leg slits so they weren’t as high, however, I could have requested this before.

My dress is PERFECT
So I’m planning to host my 40th birthday in December and I ordered my dress early. It took two months to make an be delivered in which I just received this week. This dress was worth every damn penny!! I AM IN LOVE!! I can’t wait to wear it. I just tried my dress on as I received yesterday and it’s beautiful and fits my body perfectly. You are magical and I’m so glad I found you as I’m so happy with the dress. Thank you so much!

I would give my overall experience with Lunss a 4.5 out of 5 stars.
I give my design experience 5 stars: Tansy was wonderful to work with—She was very patient and understanding as I worked through my ideas with her—I know I was not the most decisive customers to start with, but she remained patience and helpful during our many exchanges. Our discussions started 5/13/2020, production started around 6/8/2020 and my dress arrived to my home on 8/17/2020 which is an impressive turnaround time in my opinion. I live on the east coast in the US, so the time difference of 12 hours caused communication to take a bit more time when ironing out details.
I give my production experience 4 stars: There was a bit of a communication breakdown from my discussion with Tansy, to the actual production of the dress. My biggest disappointment is that Tansy and I discussed that the bottom would be made of soft net/tulle with no leaf pattern like an example I sent to her. When the finished product photos were posted, the bottom was made of the same leaf pattern lace as the rest of the dress, which was not what I had been planning for all along. Tansy was kind enough to offer it to be made again, but I didn’t want to cause anyone the trouble and possibly causing damage to the dress when remaking it. I was also expecting to see the tie up back and loops to be made in the color ivory like my example, but the loops and ribbon were made in the color nude much to my surprise. Tansy explained that the loops are general made to be the same color as the interior of the bodice, but I was just not expecting this. She was kind enough to include an ivory string with my shipment for me to test—Even though I don’t love it, I will be using the nude ribbon since the ivory doesn’t look very good with the loops being nude. The last surprise was that the dress was created to my measurements with bare feet, and does not include the allowance for the planned 3.5’’ shoes I was going to wear that I included in my initial measurements. The ensemble looks a little silly with such tall shoes as it is showing at the bottom, so I will just wear sandals—It’s probably a blessing in disguise that I can’t wear heels anyway, so no harm done there.
I would give my general experience 4.5 stars due to the disappointment of the bottom being changed without my knowledge, the back being a different color than I expected, and the bottom being shorter than expected. Overall, for the price, I would definitely work with Lunss again. The quality and workmanship they produce is much better than your general affordable bridal shop.
