Hi Tansy! Thank you so much for the quick response as well as for that information. Could you tell me the difference of 3. And 4. Also, in your opinion do you think this dress will be flattering in that material? I have a body type similar to the models but of course some fabric shows body imperfections more so than others. What do you think about velvet? I’m getting married on a beach in Mexico in May. I wouldn’t want to be too hot but I love the shine of these fabrics. I’d love to hear your thoughts. Also here’s a picture of a dress I found in velvet that I mentioned. It seems like it would be a more flattering fabric but again I’d appreciate tour artist insight since I’m just guessing :)

Velvet is soft, stretchy and have great draping. It is a good fabric to achieve elegant and classic look. If it is not hot, velvet fabric is a good option, but it is slightly heavier.
Personally, high quality acetate satin is best. It can get an expensive look but cheaper than silk fabric. Also it is neither too thick nor heavy.
This dress is made of high quality acetate satin fabric for your reference.
Since this is beach wedding, how about we remove fabric to from low back with crisscross straps as below?

Along with my previous message I wanted to add that my wedding planner informed me that a May wedding in Mexico will be hot and humid. So velvet will not be best and she suggested maybe not satin either. So I came up with another option to help me decide. I’d appreciate your input and I want to apologize for putting you thru the ringer. Just back story I already purchased a wedding dress of $600 and it fits terrible, the fabric is terrible and I was so disappointed that now I overthink everything as this will be my final purchase. So again I do apologize if this is not a pleasant experience of working with me as I decide.
Anyhow, the picture of the “Potential new option” dress in black would be preferable satin top and whichever fabric you feel best for the liner underneath the chiffon. And if it’s possible for the chiffon to be less “poofy from the waist” and be more stream lined and closer to the body, that’s be great. I’d be afraid this style will Have the illusion of adding inches to around my waist and Id like to have a clean smooth transition there. The design itself front and back can remain the same. - Bodice would be made of satin. Come with build-in-bra. Is satin a must-have? If yes, silk satin is advised. Otherwise, we could use lace fabric.
- The original skirt is made of tulle with lining underneath. You would like to replace tulle with flowy chiffon and lining.
- I outlined tulle fabric for your reference.
- How about we replace tulle with thin chiffon fabric which is sheer and replace lining fabric with 100D chiffon fabric which is semi-sheer? Double chiffon fabrics might be slightly sheer, but not too much.
100D chiffon fabric would have double slits as original design.

Hi, yes I’m ok to stop there. I only asked bc you had sent me the info on it and it did not reflect correctly when I purchased the membership before I purchased the dress. Hi Tansy! I hope you had a great holiday season! I apologize for the delayed response but this past month has been wild.
Anyhow I thought about what you said in regards to the lace. And I found a picture similar to the one I sent but with a lace bodice and slip with one slit that I love more. So thanks for mentioning it!
I can’t exactly tell in the picture it is took or coffin but the transition of the fabric at the seam is what I was talking about. I like this better than the back dress as it gives a little body but not too much. I don’t care for as much (let’s just call it chiffon) I don’t want it to be too heavy and consuming. I found with a dress I recently tried on that is similar to this, is that I could take quite a bit of the chiffon and be happy. I do want to add that I like where the chiffon stops before the slot and where her hand is at.
This is not as simple as a dress so I don’t mind having a simple back but I do like that it is a thin halter that like the one in the black dress.

Ok, I’ve decided. Finally! Thanks for bearing with me. I’m going to stick with my original idea. I feel I’ve strayed too much and keep compromising so I’m going to do simple and clean.
Here is exactly what I’d like but please let me know if you need more clarification in any way :)
-I would like it to be form fitting but not as completely tight on the lower half as the green dress. i like the tight and fitting empire waist and top but I like the movement in the rust dress. It still fit tights and forms your body. I would like the fit to be a little off the butt as in the white and rust dress, NOT as significant as the white dress tho but not nearly as tight fitting as the green dress.
-I would like the back to look that of the purple dress. Halter cross cross, low back but NO cowl draping.
-I would like the exact draping and fit of the green dress.
-I would like the exact length of the green dress.
-Imported light ivory rich fabric (per our convos I I think this would give the best fit but please confirm)

And I just wanted to note that I do want a low back on the dress. I was looking at the purple dress again as imagining without the cowl and if it’s possible to go even lower than that. Even if it means adding another cross cross. (Looks like 3 inches I’m not sure)

Hi tansy I have a few concerns.
1. The draping of the cowl neck seems higher than is on the green dress. It wouldn’t show the same amount of cleavage.
2. The silhouette of the “skirt” is not of that that I asked which was to show off my curves and be of that in between the green dress and orange dress. I do not want it a line. I want it to have a form fitting below the butt but not nearly as tight the green dress. As in the photo I resent the orange dress shows that it is fitting as I suggest where it just drapes off the body but you can still see an hourglass body shape.
Can these changes be made?
I don’t want to be negative I know you worked hard but I really wanted my dream dress. And I feel compromising even in small ways for such a simple dress will make a big difference. The quality looks great and I appreciate your time.
I understand there are things that can not be avoided. For instance the cross cross back has more cross cross that the purple dress that I wanted but I’m sure you had to do that for a good fit or some other reason. So even tho I don’t prefer it I do understand it might be for a better function. But for the cowl neck I wanted the exact fit as the green dress and for the silhouette an inbetween of green dress and orange.

- This dress was made by following your measurements instead of our mannequin and it does not fit our mannequin. Additionally, our mannequin is very stiff whilst your skin is soft. Thus, when you wear this dress, the V-neck would be similar to the original one. （Minor difference might be caused by different body size.)
- If we adjust the V-neck to fit our mannequin, it will do not fit you. Please kindly confirm this. - I am sorry that our mannequin does not have leg. It is hard for the pictures to show the exact skirt shape. If measurements you provided are correct, when you wear this dress and do the same pose, you could get a similar look as below.

I would prefer not to have my feet showing even tho I am wearing sandals but even so the dress doesn’t hit the ground, it is inche(s) above the ground and makes it seem even shorter when I walk.

-it looks like there’s a bit of a nude lining and a pretty transition so it not easily recognizable in the bust area, can we also do this?
-I do like the empire waist leads to somewhat of a form fit to show body shape but I also like that you can stand and you toes do not show.

If we add nude lining underneath, the nude bra will be covered. - The original dress comes with natural waist, so the waist stops at smallest portion of waist. Would you like to make bodice shorter to form empire waist?
- Since your height is 66 inch (167.6 cm), your hollow to floor should be about 142.6 cm. If you want floor length dress, hollow to hem = hollow to floor + shoes height. ( You provided hollow to hem 54 inches (137.2 cm) for your previous dress which is shorter than your hollow to floor, so your previous dress does not touch the floor).
- Your hollow to front hemline as marked below will be longer than 142.6 cm. What is your shoes height? We will decide the hollow to front hemline by following this dress directly.

The thicker imported satin is less glossy but slightly more structured.

I just attended a wedding yesterday and wore a dress similar to this style and it didn’t feel flattering I’d like to change the shape of the skirt to this as pictured and using the material crepe. Please keep the empire waste and everything the same. Please let me know the new cost and I can pay for it then with expedited shipping thank you. 
Again the train doesn’t have to be as long but I would like a train. Just as long as it is proportionate to the front of the dress that will cover my feet but won’t trip me as I walk. Thank you.

I’m unsure of what 15cm will look like but I found the back of a dress that may look better with a smaller train. Here is a picture of the detailed style in #1 and the length I would like in #2 (I don’t mind if it’s more than 15cm)

I have also included a picture of how I’d like the length. Where it can cover my feet in #3 but I can easily walk #4.
Bra:
Can I have nude lining the entire front and back of the bodice. And not just the bra. Like in pic #5. I’m afraid the nude bra would be too big of a difference between my skin showing through and wouldn’t look as classy as I’d like.

- Train length would be as below.
- Dress length depends on From shoulder to front hem: 56 inches you provided.
Hold the measuring tape at your hollow while a friend pulls it down to the length you want your dress.
Prompt: It seems that front skirt in picture #4 does not touch the ground, so bridal feet are exposed, whilst front skirt in picture #3 is in floor length, so bridal feet are covered. If you want the front skirt to be as long as in picture # 3 or #4, please measure hollow to hem accordingly.
Wear shoes when taking this measurement.

I didn’t know you were still waiting on the measurement. I figured if there was an issue there would be a follow up. Last time I sent an email in response to yours I didn’t know it didn’t send. So I was here thinking we were on the same page. I didn’t receive a follow up stating we’re still in progress because of my missing response. Will the dress be ready in time? I’m extremely worried it won’t be ready in time. I would need it in 2 weeks.

I’m not sure exactly where the empire waist would sit so I typed in the measurements I provided for you previously and it said 5 inches. I’m not sure if that is correct bc when I measure on me I am eye balling it as I don’t know where it should sit. Given the measurement I provided can you find the best spot for the empire waist?
How about we make it about 3 cm higher than natural waist?
If you think that would fit the best for the bust plunge line and flattering effect sure whatever you think. But more importantly when will the dress be ready? I don’t want it to be made if I can’t get it in time.

It looks great. The only thing I notice is that there isn’t the white piping following the seams on the bust. Is it possible to add this?
Also I would like to make sure that the deep v is spaced apart all the way down to the empire waist so that it shows skin, in other words a bit wider and deeper deep v.
So with that being said can we please remove the tan fabric in between the deep v.
And I just want to be sure that the transition of shape will sit on my chest as it does in the picture and not any higher or wider than in the pic. It looks like there is a flattering curve to transition from breast to shoulder.
Can we go ahead and tailor the bottom. The shape looks great and I’d be confident that my toes will not show and will fit as in the pictures I have sent you previously if tailor it to my height measurement I provide plus 1 inch or 2 inches. What do you think?

It is important to me that the train transitions as in these pictures and is not a complete circle. I’m sure it is that way since it still needs to be hemmed but I do not want it to be a full circle and the train to be the same length as in the second picture. I would like it just to fit just as these two dresses do. Thank you. 
And I know that the mannequin is not my size but again just want to be sure that the sleeve length is not too short I’d rather it hang lower than sit too far up my shoulder. Thank you.

Here I confirm the alterations with you.
- I am sorry for it. Yes, we will add white edge for you.
- Your skin will show through the whole cleavage. No worries.
- Yes, we could make the bottom of cleavage open wider.
- If we remove sheer tulle from cleavage, the fabrics will do not cling to your torso and your breasts will pop out. Open plunging neckline dress is only suitable for women whose breasts are very very small. Please kindly confirm this.
- This dress was made by following your measurements. It does not fit our mannequin. Additionally, our mannequin is very stiff, it is hard to adjust the dress.
- If measurements you provided are correct, you could get a similar look, except minor difference is caused by different bodice shape. No worries. - The dress length depends on measurements you provided.
- Personally, I advise you to keep this dress length. If needed, you could shorter it locally, which is very easy. If we shorten it now, it would be hard for you to lengthen it later. - When you walk in this dress, the fabric will fall down vertically. as below. No worries. We just place the skirt in that way when taking pictures for you to check the mermaid shape.
- Your sleeve length is akin to the original one. No worries. You feel it shorter might because of different lace patterns. If needed, we could send some leftover lace applique together with this dress to you, so you can add more if needed. Thank you!

Is the piping not made of the same crepe material? It looks different. Only bc the shape of the outline of the right breast looks different than the other. Can you confirm that this is uniform, thank you.
Do you mean the edges along neckline on front and back bodice as marked below? The edges are covered by hand-sewing beading.
We used beading to decorate along the edges because of followings.
- The edges of original dress seem to be made decorated with beading.
- The crepe fabric is out of stock already, we contacted the fabric supplier and were told that it takes about a month for they to create this fabric. But your time does not allow it.
- You did not ask for using same crepe fabric to make the edge.
The last but not least, beading is the best choice not only because it could make the dress looks more expensive but also makes the bodice more delicate and beautiful.

Ok I only ask bc the shape of piping on the left and right breast don’t look even. It looks like it is made of yarn. I’m hoping in person it is different. The only reason I assumed it would be of crepe is bc of the uniform material and how it would lay.

Hi I’ve received the dress and the measurements of the dress are very off. Despite the stretch in the material there is so much fabric off of my hips, back and stomach. My body measurements are exactly of what I provided. Here are pictures. I am freaking out since I spent all my money on this dress and we leave on the 20th. Can I send it back for a refund? Can I have it tailored near me and you pay the bill? This is not what was excepted and I am very disappointed especially bc the measurements of the first dress was spot on .
Here are more picture. I got a quote of usd $250 to have the waist and butt tailored. Will you cover that. They need it tomorrow to have it done in time.

There was a huge error on your end. Not mine. Here is a picture of the measurements I provided. Being that this is my second dress ordered from you and that my wedding being the most important day of my life and I am stressed bc I do not have a dress and it is bc of no fault of my own I would hope that your company would do the right thing and take the dress back and provide a full refund. I would assume in a busy season my particular case would be a priority. It very much upsets me that I feel that I am fighting for what should be a very understanding matter.
Measurements provided vs measurements today:
Waist: 25 inch and 25.5
Hips: 32 inch and 32.5
Fullest part of butt: 35 inch and 35
This is over a 4 inch difference from the measurements I provided. As you can tell in e pictures the hem is way to long and we discussed this. The train doesn’t sit as it should and is too big as well.
And here is a specific note confirming my dress that I had approved will not have beading on the bodice and yet it has a ton of bead work. This all the way around is not the dress I asked for.
