I had been searching high and low for a prom dress that I absolutely loved, but couldn’t find one that matched what I was looking for. Then I heard about Lunss, and took all my ideas to the custom design. The stylist was amazing and helped me put all my ideas into the perfect dress that I wouldn’t have found anywhere else. I was so grateful for the dress to be in my budget! Once I got the dress, my vision had come to life! I couldn’t recommend ordering your custom dress from Lunss enough! Everything is so high quality and carefully handcrafted! The customer service is great! Thank you Lunss!

I worked with Shirley and she was phenomenal to work with. She listened to my every need. She changed a few details around last minute. The whole process went smooth. I gave my inspo pics and custom size the dress fit perfect! It was stunning! All my guests love the dress. From beginning to end it was seamless. Started ordering my dress in November received it in February. I’m sure it could’ve been sooner but that was the date I wanted it. I definitely recommend Shirley!

Amazing Dress!
I ordered this dress to be my new Pageant Beauty dress, and it did not disappoint. I absolutely love it! I had asked if it could be made with the opening to the front instead of the side and they were spot on with exactly how I envisioned it. Shipping was really fast since they used FedEx and tracking was simple. I will defiantly be ordering from them again in the future for any more of my formal dress needs.

Gothic Prom dress
This gown was truley one of it's kind. It was not itchy at all, the glitter definitely fell out everywhere but that's expected with all glitter fabrics and it was super easy to clean! The jewels were all placed perfectly with the clasps hidden in places that just made sense. I was able to dance and move around all night with no issues, even running!! The dress was tailored to me just as requested and the slit, length and chest area fit perfectly. I was blown away with this dress and will absolutely be requesting another one for my next event.

My dress was so beautiful. The detail was gorgeous. I did have it altered a little bit when I received it due to gaining weight & they even left extra fabric so it was easy to let out the seams. My seamstress even noted how unique and beautiful my dress was.

Beautiful beautiful dress
I honestly loved my prom dress so much. For the price I paid, it was 100% worth it, and I truly feel like I got my dream dress. The quality was great and everything came together exactly how I envisioned overall.
The only thing I had to adjust myself was the crystals at the top. I ended up dyeing them because they couldn’t get the exact color I wanted. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re very specific about details.
Communication is probably the one area that could be improved. I do wish there were more updates during the process, like progress pictures instead of only seeing the final result at the end. That would’ve made the experience feel a lot smoother and more reassuring.
That being said, the process overall wasn’t too difficult, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. Also, shipping was AMAZING once it was sent out, it got to me in less than a week, which honestly shocked me.
Overall, I’m super happy with my dress and would still recommend them. Just be prepared to be a little patient with communication!

The perfect birthday dress
This custom birthday dress exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I put it on, I could tell it was well made. The closures are secure bra-style hooks rather than cheap Velcro, which made the dress feel structured, supportive, and high quality. Nothing felt rushed or poorly constructed. It truly felt worth the price. The timeline was also reasonable for a custom design. I began the process in mid-December and received my dress in February, which I think is a fair turnaround for a fully customized piece. Everything came together perfectly, exactly how I envisioned it. I’m so happy with how my birthday look turned out that I’ve already started designing my prom dress with LUNSS. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and quality that went into creating my dress.

It's amazing.
I have no words. The dress is perfect !!!! The fabrics is high quality, the dress feels high quality, I appreciate deeply the inside of the dress since till can be harsh against the skin (the inside is a soft fabric. An underskirt is sent with it so no need to buy one either !
My experience with this shop has been amazing. They were really responsive on WhatsApp and answered all my questions.
I really recommend it, even if it is a bit pricey, the service and sewing is incredible.
(I couldn't lace the back alone on the pictures so it is not closed but the corset feels amazing and looks like it will snatch me all the way !)
