I want number two dress with sleeves as is with in combination with number one top portion. I want the jewels around the neck area and middle opening. With want the opening like number one width so it want show to much cleavage I don't want the jewels on the breast just around neck and opening as is on pic 3. I want the back of the dress solid no opening. I want the bottom of the sleeve to be fitted with jewels around the sleeve. I also a built in Push up bra. Let me know what you think about it and I'm open for suggestions.

I have my measurements but I don't know my measurements in terms of 18 or 20, how do I determine that or should I just submit my custom measurements done also if I change the color can it still be in the sequence fabric
