This dress was definitely almost like the photo!! Obviously the materials were not exactly like the photo I sent them, but they made sure to get as close to it as possible. It was also constructed very well and the designer kept me updated throughout the process every step of the way! Would definitely recommend!

We can do the sequins, and I’d like to use your silver one since it’s the closest match to the original. Can you also clarify what you mean by the sheerness? I thought the bottom portion has the sheerness, no the top?
How do we get started on this? I’m ready to make a deposit if I can be guaranteed you’ll be able to finish this and ship it to me before my party date.

Yes, you could receive it on time if you finish this order in 2 days and choose expedited delivery.
- Please kindly check the dress carefully.
1. Area above red line is opaque, it has lining underneath.
2. Area below red line does not have lining, so girls skin color shows through. Sheer refers to see-through kind design.
- If needed, we can add silver lining underneath to make whole dress including skirt not sheer. Please kindly confirm this.
- I outline sequin directions for you check.
- Silver color #10 which has ivory base tulle could make this dress. But I find that it is hard for this sequin fabric to form the similar directions as marked above.

- How about change to this silver linear sequin fabric? It has ivory base tulle and lining would be in matching ivory color. This fabric is slight more expensive, but we could use it without extra charge.

- The linear sequin fabrics are available in below colors. Please kindly let me know which one you would prefer.
Or we could change to this colorful beading sequins linear fabric.
- How about we make area above slit opaque with lining underneath? Thus, area above red line is not sheer, area below red line is sheer.
PS. This dress is not complete see-through because some parts are covered by beaded embellishments. The sheer degree depends on the fabrics texture. - Do you mean base tulle is in cream color? The original dress is made of sheer tulle decorated with hand-sew beading, etc. If we made it this way, your hemline can be similar to original one too.
Since your dress would be covered by linear sequin fabric directly, the hemline might be covered fully with sequins which is decided by sequin fabric. The base tulle color depends on sequin fabric too. I am sorry that we can not change it.

No worries on the response. Since I’m based in the US, I guess I’m just trying to get used to responding back to you at this time of the night!
But do you have a zoomed out picture of the colorful lined sequin fabric? I feel like that fabric might look a little closer to the original dress, because I think the grey lined sequined fabric is a little bit too dark. Could you just show me another picture of that colorful sequin fabric before I decide on that one? If I choose that one, will it make the production of the dress more difficult? (Like in regards to making the direction effect)
I also agree that you may make everything above the red line opaque! The rest can be sheer.
Apologies for my comment about the tulle hemline. From my computer it looked like a nude/cream color but on my phone it looks greyish. If it’s possible for you to hand sew the hemline so it appears to fade from sequins to tulle at the bottom like in the original picture, can we do that?

Here are closer pictures for you check. This fabric is composed of ivory base tulle, iridescent sequins in different styles/ sizes. Personally, this fabric is better.
If you want to get a similar sequins layout, we have to hand sew sequins to form below marked areas. I am sorry that it is too hard to only hand sew sequins to decorate the hemline, because it can not work well with the linear sequin fabric and would make the dress look so odd.
We can hand sew sequins to make this dress, the dress price is about 759 USD. Because of your tight budget, I advised to use to use linear sequin fabric to make this dress directly.

I see what you mean now about hand sewing the dress. It’s okay, we can just stick to the regular linear sequin fabric so I can stay within my budget. I also agree with that fabric, I like this fabric better than the grey sequin fabric! We can proceed with the iridescent sequin fabric.

I just viewed the pictures you uploaded of the finished product. The dress looks AMAZING!!!! You got it so close to the original!! I just had one concern, I hope the dress isn’t too see through on the upper portion (basically the body of the dress). As long as that portion is opaque (so my breasts, stomach and butt aren't visible, I have no complaints!! Let me know.
