Beautiful dress
The dress is beautiful and matches my vision perfectly. The fit of my body is excellent. The skirt is super full and beautiful! I love spinning around in it!
My only concern was that there was a problem with one of the eyelets on the corset back, but Lunss gave me a partial refund to compensate for the repair. I was fully satisfied with this.
I enjoyed the dress-making process with Helen! She gave me some extra tulle to make a matching hair accessory for free. Working with Lunss was fun and easy! The process took 7 weeks from design to delivery.
I’m excited to wear this to my party next week. I will definitely use Lunss in the future!

Engagement Photoshoot Dress
Cindy was AMAZING!!! I can't say enough great things about Lunss and Cindy. From start to finish I was able to customize and make my own dress EXACTLY how I wanted. Cindy helped me see my vision even when I myself didn't know what I wanted on certain fabrics or designs. She is a pro and you can tell. Wearing this dress for my engagement photoshoot was a dream! Super high quality and beautiful. Cannot thank Lunss more. Would love to partner with them and their beautiful dresses one day! That's how passionate I feel about everything they did for me! I am going to start the process on my bridesmaids dresses for my girls now. Super exciting!!

overall it was well worth it for having exactly what I wanted!!
I had to have it taken in (I probably measured incorrectly) and a bit of the beading has fallen off after a few try-ons and the wedding day but with beaded mesh that's not unexpected. I wanted the beading on the torso extended to at/just below the hip, the back closed, and the godets instead of a train because we got married in a garden. They made sure to implement my edits in the best possible way. It's obvious they kept my body in mind while beading.
In hindsight:
1)I would have had a tailor take my measurements
2)they put in the measurement instructions to already have shoes but I didn't so I just put like 6cm which made it difficult to get low enough shoes especially because the tailor had to take up the shoulder seam which shortened an already exactly floor length dress considering you will probably have it tailored when you get it I would have ordered it with like 6inch shoes in mind(you can always take away fabric but you can't add I ended up wearing ballet flats and it was slightly above floor length)
3) I would have asked for a bit more tulle in the godets it was a slight flare but another layer of tulle would have added some more movement to the bottom (my fault I could have told them to change it)

Looks just as pictured, great quality
I was very skeptical about spending so much money on an online dress but couldn't get the beautiful design out of my head. The dress arrived in person and it was perfect; just as pictured and high quality. One thing to keep in mind is the fabric used for the glitter on the skirts can leave glitter sequins on the floor, but it is not noticeable that some comes off the dress due to the sheer amount of skirts.

Wonderful custom dress!
I could not have asked for a better-fitting dress. Communication with my designer Helen was awesome! She was very prompt in her replies to my questions. Also very sweet. The timing of delivery was right on! In one month I had a dress that we designed. The dress is beautiful and just what I envisioned it to be. The detail and quality of the work are excellent! No one would think this could be done with online shopping! Thank you Helen and thank you LUNSS!

Wedding dress for my daughter
Just wanted to thank you for the beautiful job you did on my daughter's wedding dress. her inspiration was from a TV series she loved called Buffy the Vampire Slayer with Sarah Michelle Gellar. the dress fits perfectly and looks so much like the original dress which is the picture in the top right section of the photo I attached.

Beautiful dress!!!
The dress is beautiful. Lunss custom designed and made it exactly as I wanted. It fits like a glove and I love it!! The quality of the fabric is also amazing. I was worried that it would be see through because it's white, but the lining took care of that. I am looking forward to wearing the dress!! :)

Prom 2022
I already made a short review on this but I'm making a second one. This GORGEOUS dress got me through not 1, not 2, But 3 Proms! For my 2022 Prom season, I had 3 Proms to go to. My only thing was by the 3rd Prom some of the little details started to come apart but that was after 6+ hours of me dancing and moving in it. My designer was Amazing and added things even when they looked a little weird and she kept clarifying what I wanted to make sure nothing was getting mixed up. I put the dress on and every time felt like a princess. Thank you Lunss for making my DREAM dress. I will say I recommend if your getting a dress made that you give them your own measurements just so that the dress will absolutely fit (thank and it's kind of cool to say that a dress was literally made to fit you)

Stars and moon wedding dress
My fiancées wedding dress arrived today, to say I was worried if it would fit and what the quality was like was an understatement. It arrived well packed and on time and to see the look of excitement on her face was amazing, we are an older couple and don't believe the superstition of the Groom not seeing the dress as I found it for her. The quality was amazing and very luxurious the fit was absolutely right and no alterations were needed at all. So all we can say is thank you very much for what will be an absolutely stunning wedding dress in the near future. It has far exceeded all our expectations and we are both delighted with its quality and style, please pass on our thanks to all concerned.

custom prom dress :)
I worked with a designer (HelenHan) on my prom dress and was overly impressed!!! She messaged through WhatsApp and answered any questions or queries quickly even in different time zones. We went through all the details of the dress since it was custom and she did a perfect job of including all my ideas in a gorgeous ball gown. She even managed to design, complete, and ship the dress all the way to the UK in less than a month!!! She was so reassuring with any worries I had about timing.
I would 100% recommend getting any prom or elegant dresses here as the quality and detail in the skirt and embroidery is amazing. the custom sizes are exact and the pricing is so worth it for a prom dress that’s completely customizable and only around £300 for mine.
