Beautiful dress

The dress is beautiful and matches my vision perfectly. The fit of my body is excellent. The skirt is super full and beautiful! I love spinning around in it!

My only concern was that there was a problem with one of the eyelets on the corset back, but Lunss gave me a partial refund to compensate for the repair. I was fully satisfied with this.

I enjoyed the dress-making process with Helen! She gave me some extra tulle to make a matching hair accessory for free. Working with Lunss was fun and easy! The process took 7 weeks from design to delivery.

Iā€™m excited to wear this to my party next week. I will definitely use Lunss in the future!

I love the bustier top, the ruffle hem, and the lining with a full length flared underskirt.

I like the tulle in color 53. I wrongly wrote color 11 in the note section when I made my order because I was confused. Please forgive my mistake. šŸ˜Š

I just want to make a note to the dress maker that my dress bodice should be made with a larger bra cup size than usual.

Most dresses in my size are made to fit a B cup or a C cup. My bra cup size is bigger, so please let the dress maker know that a small bra cup size will not fit me well.

I received the dress today! It's beautiful and it fits well.

I'm sorry for all the convenience.

The stainless steel eyelets are pressed in by the machine. It doesn't come off so early normally...Sorry again.

The size of the eyelet is about 1cm. I have made the pics with the measurement for you. Please see below.

I suggest you go to a local tailor and have this eyehole fixed. It may need a machine to pressed it in.

Hello,

I went to see a tailor to fix the eyelet on the bottom right side, but he noticed that the eyelet on the top left side was also loose.

He quoted me $15 to replace those two eyelets, but he suggested that I replace all 12 eyelets so they all will be secure and match.

I think Lunss should reimburse me the $15 for the cost of the 2 eyelets. What’s the process for asking for a partial refund?

I can apply for a $10 refund of your order from the finance department as compensation for the eyelets. Hope it is okay for you.
