Couldnt ask for a better dress
Okay let me start by telling you I was hesitant, hesitant isn't even the word for it. I was overly skeptical about a website customizing my dress, but it was the best thing I've ever done. The fabric wasn't bad the rhinestones on the dress was perfection and they did everything I asked. I can tell they places thought and care into the dress when it was being made. Only minor con is the communication because while I was sleeping at night they would be emailing me but that was most likely due to different time zones. As well as me worrying over getting the dress in time, I exuded my frustration to them and they hurriedly took care of it with a free two day shipping. Details is what your designer wants to hear. The exact color, pictures with your ideas, fabric, everything. Be precise. When I received my dress two weeks before my prom, I did some alterations because I wanted the slit a little higher and I wanted the sleeves to be off(I went back and forth on what I wanted to do with the sleeves, I just couldn't make my mind up) Other than that, they did an amazing job, I couldn't have asked for a better dress than that, it was a magical night filled with compliments.

My dress is so gorgeous! I'm very happy with the final piece. There was a small communication error that happened, which affected how the dress looked, but Lunss was very cooperative and generously offered to help alter my dress. My sister and I both ordered custom dresses from Lunss and were satisfied with our dresses, however we noticed that for both of our dresses, the back hung awkwardly out. The zippers were very hard to work with at first, but after a bit, they zipped up very smoothly. Other than that, I adored my dress.

I ordered the bohemian style bridesmaid dress (shown in a dusty grey on the website) and vustimeized it by ordering it in ivory. I wanted something flowey and nontraditional for my very intimate wedding. Even with my exact measurements given. There was plenty of fabric to make last minute adjustments. The only downfall for me was that I lost a little bit more weight (after adjustments) that made the bodice a little too loose to keep the cap sleeves in place. However, they fell to my arms and I was okay with that look too.

The dress turned out beautiful! It was a little big around the waist but I easily got it altered. Other than that everything was exactly what I asked for. I would definitely consider ordering from here again.

I honestly was a little sketchy at first, but after seeing the dress in person I can say that TANSY DID HER THAANGG ‼️ I got so many compliments... I was told I look like Elsa from Frozen I just want to say thank you this has been a fun experience.

I was very scared that the dress wouldn't get here on time and skeptical when I found out that it was being made out of the country. But all those worries went away when opened my package. It doesn't look exactly how I wanted but it was even more special and pretty. They replied quicker and tried their best to ease my worries. Wonderful
