i have quite expensive taste for dresses so getting an amazing quality custom dress for a good price is amazing!
At first I was very hesitant but the reviews were amazing.
I will be honest I was kind of a "promzilla" at time she and I do regret it, but the customer service here is superb, dealt with me very respectively, and made sure I was happy. This is the best customer service I have ever received.
The dress is amazingly high quality with richly colored fabric and intricate lace appliqué (see pictures)
The only i would recommend is to be 100% sure about the color of the dress you want, as I was not able to change the color even after less than 24 hours of the order being submitted.
Overall, I reccomend this brand to anyone in need of dresses and will buy again if a special event calls for it. :)

I'm going to be honest, I am slightly upset. The dress is nowhere near as poofy as it is in the inspiration picture. All other dresses posted by customers are exact replicas of the inspiration, so I was expecting my dress to be bigger. I understand that no where on your website does it say the dresses will be made exactly as pictures, but it should be noted next to pictures such as the one I picked if it will be different in any way (ex. fabric type or fluffiness).
Also, the lace applique on the skirt seems to be placed without rhyme or reason, which is also upsetting. On some portion it even overlaps.
I know nothing of the sewing process, so I am not sure what you can do at this point, but I have a few questions.
1. Is there any way to make the skirt more poofy? Do you suspect the model in the inspiration picture was wearing a hoop skirt?
2. Could you remove the applique on the skirt all together?
3. Could you make the front of the bodice look more like the back of the bodice with more lace?
This dress does not appear to look like the one pictures, nor does it look to be worth $300. I could find a very similar one at Macy's for much much cheaper. If possible I would like a partial refund or more when it shipped to me. The pictures displayed show less quality than the one advertised.

-No, if we remove the appliques from the skirt, the fabric of skirt will be ruined. If you do not like the lace appliques, we have to remake the new skirt with new fabric for you. Extra payment for fabric will be needed.

-Please check the bodice of original dress. The layout of lace on the bodice of our finished dress is the same as lace appliques at bodice of original dress. I have to contact the tailor to check where there any lace appliques left. If yes, we can add more for you. If no, I am sorry that we can not do it. Because lace fabric dyed in different vats each time must exists color difference.
If you do not like it, you can cancel the order to get at most 40% refund straightway.
