I honestly loved my prom dress so much. For the price I paid, it was 100% worth it, and I truly feel like I got my dream dress. The quality was great and everything came together exactly how I envisioned overall. The only thing I had to adjust myself was the crystals at the top. I ended up dyeing them because they couldn’t get the exact color I wanted. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re very specific about details. Communication is probably the one area that could be improved. I do wish there were more updates during the process, like progress pictures instead of only seeing the final result at the end. That would’ve made the experience feel a lot smoother and more reassuring. That being said, the process overall wasn’t too difficult, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. Also, shipping was AMAZING once it was sent out, it got to me in less than a week, which honestly shocked me. Overall, I’m super happy with my dress and would still recommend them. Just be prepared to be a little patient with communication!
