The first design is quite complex, so the quote for it would be relatively high. We can definitely replicate the second wedding dress for you. However, since the photo isn't very clear, I’d like to confirm if you would like us to use tulle for the sleeves and bodice, and satin for the skirt?
The Marilyn Monroe wedding dress seems is tea-length sheath gown with delicate ruching on the bodice, an empire waist with a satin bow, and sheer elbow-length sleeves.

This dress has the same mesh for your reference.

I am looking for a faithful replica of the dress worn by Marilyn Monroe during her wedding to Arthur Miller in 1956. Here are the specific technical details I would like to include:
Silhouette: 1950s "Tea-length" style (ending at mid-calf). It should have an Empire waistline but with a well-defined cinched waist.
Bodice: A ruched/gathered bust with a slight sweetheart or scoop neckline covered by a sheer overlay.
Sleeves: Short, sheer, puffed sleeves (in chiffon or fine tulle) with delicate elasticated or cuffed finishes.
Fabric: * Main body: Non-shiny matte satin or a high-quality crepe to avoid a "costume" look.
Overlay/Sleeves: Silk chiffon or soft nylon chiffon for a light, ethereal drape.
Color: Warm Ivory or Light Ecru (Marilyn’s original dress was not stark white, it had a vintage cream tone).

Regarding the color, we recommend using Off-White for all fabrics. Different materials can have slight color variations, and Off-White is a more natural-looking white compared to Stark White (Pure White). In fact, most of our wedding dresses are made in this color.

In my personal opinion, the waistband in the photo appears to be made of shiny satin, and the underskirt should also use the same fabric to match. We still highly recommend using this satin; this fabric has a subtle, medium sheen; it is not overly shiny:
