My wedding dress came out exactly how I dreamt! I was so nervous to go through a company where I would never see anyone in person or be measured in person, but it was one of the best risks I took! My dress is PERFECT
So I’m planning to host my 40th birthday in December and I ordered my dress early. It took two months to make an be delivered in which I just received this week. This dress was worth every damn penny!! I AM IN LOVE!! I can’t wait to wear it. I just tried my dress on as I received yesterday and it’s beautiful and fits my body perfectly. You are magical and I’m so glad I found you as I’m so happy with the dress. Thank you so much!

I would give my overall experience with Lunss a 4.5 out of 5 stars.
I give my design experience 5 stars: Tansy was wonderful to work with—She was very patient and understanding as I worked through my ideas with her—I know I was not the most decisive customers to start with, but she remained patience and helpful during our many exchanges. Our discussions started 5/13/2020, production started around 6/8/2020 and my dress arrived to my home on 8/17/2020 which is an impressive turnaround time in my opinion. I live on the east coast in the US, so the time difference of 12 hours caused communication to take a bit more time when ironing out details.
I give my production experience 4 stars: There was a bit of a communication breakdown from my discussion with Tansy, to the actual production of the dress. My biggest disappointment is that Tansy and I discussed that the bottom would be made of soft net/tulle with no leaf pattern like an example I sent to her. When the finished product photos were posted, the bottom was made of the same leaf pattern lace as the rest of the dress, which was not what I had been planning for all along. Tansy was kind enough to offer it to be made again, but I didn’t want to cause anyone the trouble and possibly causing damage to the dress when remaking it. I was also expecting to see the tie up back and loops to be made in the color ivory like my example, but the loops and ribbon were made in the color nude much to my surprise. Tansy explained that the loops are general made to be the same color as the interior of the bodice, but I was just not expecting this. She was kind enough to include an ivory string with my shipment for me to test—Even though I don’t love it, I will be using the nude ribbon since the ivory doesn’t look very good with the loops being nude. The last surprise was that the dress was created to my measurements with bare feet, and does not include the allowance for the planned 3.5’’ shoes I was going to wear that I included in my initial measurements. The ensemble looks a little silly with such tall shoes as it is showing at the bottom, so I will just wear sandals—It’s probably a blessing in disguise that I can’t wear heels anyway, so no harm done there.
I would give my general experience 4.5 stars due to the disappointment of the bottom being changed without my knowledge, the back being a different color than I expected, and the bottom being shorter than expected. Overall, for the price, I would definitely work with Lunss again. The quality and workmanship they produce is much better than your general affordable bridal shop.

Gorgeous Dress!!
I am very pleased with my dress! My dress designer (Tansy) was very helpful in answering my questions throughout the process of creating my dress and did a wonderful job. I ordered in gold and I wanted both arms full length sleeves, Tansy did just that! Im inlove with my dress, also quality is really good. Just need to steam it because being packaged caused it some wrinkling other than that, all I have to say is beautiful, beautiful dress! Thank you Tansy!

My dress was absolutely stunning when I received it in the mail. Due to the pandemic, I was not able to go to a big prom, but the little one I went to had all eyes gazing. I got so many compliments. I am so happy that I found this website and gave it a try. I definitely will be recommending it! My dress was designed by also Tansy.

Perfect fit!
I was nervous about ordering online, but I couldn’t afford a dress in any local dress shops so I decided to give it a try. Tansy did a gorgeous job of creating what I wanted! We had a few small issues in communication (quite natural when you are only communicating through text and pictures), but she worked to fix them and in the end I ended up with the dress that I had dreamed of! Plus, it fit like a glove—no alterations needed!! Amazing and such a huge relief considering all the local dress shops were closed due to the coronavirus. I would recommend Lunss if you are looking for quality work at a fair price.

Formal Dress
Unbelievably BEAUTIFUL gown as well as excellent quality! 😍 I couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase and the amount of time it took to create it and ship it, thank you so so much! 🙏🏻 However, it is slightly tight around the bust area even with the built in bra, but I can still manage to wear it just fine. Thank you again for everything and I definitely plan on coming back to have you make more of my dresses in the future!

Design Experience
I just sent my down payment to start the process of my dress, and I can't wait to share the wonderful experience I've had so far with Lunss and Tansy. From inception to decision Tansy has been friendly, professional and helpful. I have a big imagination, but find it difficult to make a final decision--That could have very easily made someone frustrated to work with me on such a project. With Tansy however, I was able to explain what I was envisioning and she helped me figure out how to make it happen through a lot of detailed communication. When I would change my mind or ask for an adjustment, Tansy was always professional and helpful. For me and my big imagination the best part is that I was never told "we can't do that" like I was with another company I tried to make a dress with. I am so excited and very confident that I will get the dress I've been dreaming of. A big bonus is that it will also be at a wonderful price.
I will update this review with follow-up details and pictures when the dress is received. I will also make a YouTube video when I unbox the dress!

Prom 2020
Although I may not even get to wear this dress due to COVID-19 I am thankful that I got it made. This dress was my dream dress and it was truly beautiful. I worked with Tansy and she was absolutely so much help. Any questions I had along the way she was sure to answer them. The material was perfect and I'd recommend ordering a patch of it first before getting your dress made so you know what color and texture you specifically want. The only issue I had was the dress was a bit loose around my lower abdomen and my butt. Other than that, this dress and lunss were amazing!

Perfect Dress
Very much in love with this dress, I was a little skeptical at first but honestly the dress was great. I ordered a size up so I could go to my local tailor and get it fitted how I want but I don’t even need to go to the tailor really because it looks great. The quality is great and everything. It looks just how I expected it to! The train is huge too, which is a plus! I would say the only thing is the sheer is a little lighter than my skin tone, but it’s not obvious so it’s fine, it still looks good to me

Prom 2020
Beautiful dress & perfect fit! Looks exactly like the modeled picture. I was a little skeptical about ordering, but Lunss kept me updated through the whole process by giving me specific dates with each step. I also received the dress days before it was even expected to arrive. I sadly won’t be able to attend my prom due to Covid-19, so the photos below don’t show me all dolled up haha. I absolutely recommend shopping with Lunss! ❤️
