Really good!
Frist the shipping time was excellent I recived it 1 week after the final picture and approbation.
2nd the production time was longer that the estimated I was give at frist, it took 1 extra month of production. If you order well in advanced for your wedding its perfect, but for tight timeline it can be difficult for last minute alterations.
3rd the collor and overall shape of the dress are perfect for the exeption of the sleeve strap that is a bit loose so I Will have to alter it. The lenght Also need alterations but I was defenetly expecting that so no problem for me. The neckline is a bit different than what I was expecting (Sharp Square neck) but im still really pleased with the result!
Overall im really happy about the dress and strongly recomend!

I couldn't be happier with my dress! Lunss has me exactly what I wanted. They communicated with me every step, and even sent final product pictures for approval before sending the dress.

The LUNSS team were so fantastic to work with, I can't wait for an opportunity to design another dress with them! Shirley understood my vision, and came to me with suggestions as we concocted my dream birthday-bride dress. The process from initial brief through to concept drawing, receiving the mock up, photo and video and then delivery of the final dress was all on schedule. (I did make changes to the sleeves with a local alterations woman, along with other nips and tucks to ensure a perfect-perfect fit). I can't recommend this service highly enough.

I absolutely loved my custom dress! It was everything I could've wanted and more and it most definitely exceeded my expectations. Shirley was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made sure to cater to all my wants and needs! The dress designing process took about a month and after that my dress was here in two weeks. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

So amazing
From the quality of the dress to the entire process of this customization, everything was so amazing. The designer/stylist was so accommodating to all my requests, and it only took around 1-2 months to design, create, and deliver. The designer sent a picture of my dress before shipping it, and I had a few changes that I wanted to make and she accommodated all the requests so seamlessly, no extra charge or anything! For the quality of the dress the price is super good, the prom stores in person would charge the dress for double (and it might not even fit you perfectly).

Strapless burgundy mermaid prom dress
It was a very well made dress and it looked so beautiful! The only reason why I gave it a star off is because it had no real support for my chest. The fault may be with me partially for not being more clear about what I needed, but I did even up having to get it tailored and have a strapless bra sewn to the inside... It still slid down. It was probably the material used for the invisible corset and in the bra because I've had a strapless dress made with the perfect corset boning and support for my body before. (It cost way more so you get what you get)
If I order from here again I'll just get something with straps and not chance it. I would definitely recommend to people who need less accommodations than me. Again, the quality and execution of my vision was not the problem!!!

Custom Dress for Prom ‘25
Thank you Lunss for a beautiful custom dress! I couldn’t choose a dress so decided to combine the styles of ones I liked with this service. I was hesitant to order a reasonably expensive dress online, but the results did not disappoint. It had to be taken in a lot (as it was quite loose), but most prom dresses need altering anyway. It’s the fullest, most unique and most princess-y dress I’ve ever had, and I even won Prom Queen! Thank you! 🩷✨

Amazing experience! Beautiful Wedding & Veil & Flower Girl Dress
I worked with Shirley to create my wedding dress, flower girl dress, and veil. Shirley is probably the sweetest person I’ve ever worked with! My dresses came out perfectly!! The process was seamless and any delays were solely on me in getting measurements. The photos truly do not do either dress justice!!! I highly recommend Lunss to any bride and I will be sure to tell everyone about them!! My tips for ordering your dress
1. If it’s a child try not to take measurements too soon. My niece is going through a growth spurt even her shoes are too small so I’ll have to re-order it.
2. If you do a mockup which I highly suggest take it to a seamstress so it can be adjusted properly. I didn’t utilize mine enough and now I’ll need alterations.
3. Requests a comb for your veil I didn’t realize veils didn’t come with a comb but that’s not a big deal to add.
All in all absolutely no regrets!! Thank you Shirley!!

Je suis très heureuse de mon achat !
J'ai décidé de faire confiance à Lunss (et notamment à Hélène Han) pour faire la robe de mes 18 ans, à partir d'un dessin d'intelligence artificielle.
Elle a pris le temps de bien comprendre la demande avant de lancer la production, au niveau de la forme, des tissus, des mensurations, des détails, ... Mais le résultat était top !
Trouver une robe 100% SUR MESURE, à ce prix-là (266€ tout compris dans mes souvenirs), faite aussi rapidement c'était inespéré ! Pour une très bonne qualité en plus de ça ! La robe était un petit peu grande au niveau de la taille, mais une jolie ceinture et c'était réglé !!
J'ai commandé le 25/11/23, et l'ai reçu avant Noël (nous avions prix la livraison rapide)
La seule chose que j'aurais à redire c'est que nous avons dû payer des frais de douane, mais ce n'est pas de leur ressort malheureusement.
J'ai fait sensation avec cette robe, j'en suis ravie! Je recommanderai pour sûr lorsque j'aurais besoin d'une tenue de scène

Golden Summer-Dress
After I had some really good experiences when ordering my beautiful wedding dress, I decided to create another sketch for an elegant, shimmering summer dress. Again, all my expectations were fulfilled by the great custom-service of Lunss. The dress was created exactly the way I wanted it to be- I love it!!! Surely, this will not be the last time that I've ordered a dress :)
