The dress was stunning it was a different look from the picture but unique in its own way it fit perfectly according to the measurements but we had to take it in some just for my daughters liking. The look was flawless. It came in a timely manner and they responded to all questions before and prior to shipment. I will be ordering again.

The communication and customer service was excellent! I was always well informed on the process. It turned out so much better than I could have hoped for. I was able to customize the dress completely, they sent me photos of all the fabric colors and gave me photo updates of the dress as they were working on it. Deciding to customize my prom dress here was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It turned out exactly how I pictured it. My dress designers, Tansy and Nancy, really listened to every detail I said and didn’t miss a single one. You’ll never have to worry about having the same dress as someone else and the prices are surprisingly affordable. My dress was stunning, the quality was phenomenal, and I’ll definitely customize my prom dress at Lunss again next year.

VELVET AND GOLD OFF THE SHOULDER PROM DRESS
From the first day I ordered it I was excited and when it came in the mail I was fascinated. It was everything that I hoped for and it was as stunning in pictures as it was in person. It had so much detail and it fit perfectly in context of my body and how it formed around me in the bottom. Amazing custom made prom dress!
My dress was amazing! It was so unique and I got so many compliments. It looked exactly like the picture and fit me perfectly. The only reason why I’m giving a 4 star rating is because I got my dress only a day before prom which is was stressful. I would’ve preferred at least a week in advance, and the first time I used this site my dress came a few weeks before prom which was less stressful. Other then that, great service, great dress!

Wonderful Prom Dress
At first o doubted the website majorly. I was so worried about everything little thing that could have gone wrong, little did I know that this was the best decision in regards to my senior prom dress. The dress fit like a glove and it was absolutely stunning! The detailing and overall design by Nancy was amazing and I can’t thank her more for being so patient with my constant questioning and worries. She was very reassuring and it helped the process right along.
