Gorgeous well-constructed dress
The dress was made exactly as specified, with the 3D floral and embroidery looking even better than I expected! Bodice was well lined with built-in cups and boning. Skirt was a good weight and I'm very happy that Tansy suggested adding the glitter fabric to add the sparkle!
The customization process went smoothly. Even though Lunss didn't have the exact lace I'd wanted, Tansy did a great job of suggesting alternatives. After the first time the dress was completed, I pointed out changes I wanted to make and I'm very happy with how they addressed my requests.
The only 2 things that I wasn't excited about in the end was that (1) there was a slight difference in color between the bodice and skirt and (2) the glitter in the glitter fabric was getting everywhere. The color discrepancy was something I spotted in the post-production photos but it was not noticeable in the final photos, I also think it's not super noticeable in person unless you're paying close attention. The glitter I'm hoping will go away in time!

LOVE MY CUSTOM DREAM DRESS!!!!!
At first I was hesitant to get a custom dress made online, but Tansy was so quick with replying and sending pictures of fabric choices, answering questions, etc, that it quickly put me at ease. The final product was just how I envisioned - even shipping was very timely! Once I got the dress, the quality was definitely up there, and everything was done very well. It fit basically perfectly. The only minor thing which isn't even a big deal is that the open back was a bit loose. An open back is honestly hard to get a perfect fit just measurements. I found after the fact that there in an option to have them do a tulle mock-up so that you can confirm the fit. I just didn't know about the option and ran out of time. If I ever want a custom dress in the future, I'll definitely be coming back.

This dress was absolutely beautiful I was expecting that maybe this website was a scam but it’s not at all even though it took a long time to get my dress but it’s still was worth it they communicated with me the entire process and made any additional changes that I needed that I you guys so much!

Overall, I love the dress but I did have some issues with it. The top was very well made but I wish it was bigger so that it covers more of my stomach. I wished that the slit was on the right or left side, not in the center. I consider these issues to be pretty minor since they are easy to fix!!! If there was extra time I know this dress would of been made to perfection!!! Even with the short amount of time the service was awesome and they helped me with any concerns I had!!! I was really happy with how the dress turned out!!!

This Prom dress was absolutely perfect!!
I gave it 5 stars (I would give 10 if I could)! This year she knew she wanted a red dress that was off the shoulders and form fitting. Found a picture online that she loved and so we sent it in to Lunss.
I was worried because we started the process a couple of weeks later and the Prom was a week earlier than last year. We started the communication on 3/1 and made the payment on 3/7 and they started making the dress. I told Tansy that the Prom was April 13th and asked her if we would be able to get the dress in time. To my surprise and delight the dress arrived in a package on my front stoop on 3/28.
The dress fit like a glove. I see a lot of reviews that say their dress didn’t fit correctly. I highly recommend having professional measurements by a seamstress or someone trained. My daughter's Dance instructor measures them twice a year for dance costumes and she did the extra measurements that we needed. It is hard to buy a dress off the rack because she is petite but has a booty, lol. All the dresses would be way too long! To get it to fit at the bottom it made the dress way to huge at the top because she has small waist and small shoulders.
We went Prom Dress shopping everywhere last year and could not find exactly what she wanted in her size and the color she wanted. We used this company for the first time last year for his Junior Prom and so glad we did. Tansy is great with communication and responds quickly to any messages we sent.
This will be the only place we will buy Prom, Formal or Wedding dresses from now on! I have told all my friends and family about this company! I have to admit I was nervous the first year about paying for a dress without seeing it first but I just prayed it was not a scam. I was glad so many people had written reviews and posted pictures of the dresses they designed.

Glad I found Lunss!
These photos doesn’t do its justice to show how beautiful this dress is! I tried looking for dresses for my graduation banquet, and all of them were overpriced. I had this thought that I’ll probably end up having the same dress with at least one person if I ended up buying one here. I chose to trust Lunss due to their good reviews and photos of their work. At first I was nervous in the process of giving the payment because I didn’t know if it was legit or not. I gave the measurements 1 and 1/2 months before the event date which was a short period of time. Took them a month to make it (May-June). It came 2 days later after shipping it which was insanely quick as it is coming from Asia to Canada. I immediately tried it on, and it was way too big which was expected as I was in the middle of loosing weight, it was too long too, but that’s not too much of a problem as I brought it to my local tailor. It caused me a lot however that price added up is still cheaper if I was to get a dress here. I’m very satisfied with this company, I got so many compliments from it, and told them where I got it made. Will highly recommend to anyone!

I was very nervous about the dress because I’ve never done anything like this before. I completely recommend this website for custom dresses. My dress is different from the picture because it’s the way I asked for it to be altered. If you do decide to order from this website please order your customization with PLENTY of time between the date you submit it and when your event date is.

This dress was absolutely beautiful, it fit perfectly and was everything I had envisioned. I was scared to go through with this customization but all of my queries were answered efficiently and any concerns I had were dealt with. I’ll definitely be back again.

Perfect Prom Dress!!!!
My only concerned was receiving the dress in time but crazy how once they finished it I got it 3 days later just in time in case there was fixing to do. I only altered it BUT once i got it. IT was BEAUTIFUL, I fell in love with how it looked on me. AND on my prom day I received so many compliments!!! Tansy truly did an amazing job. ps. the dress was finished on May 20th or the 21st, My prom was on June 7th, and i received the dress on the 23rd/24th. Definitely recommend this!!!!.

Spectacular!
My daughter found Lunss in 2016 when she decided to have a custom gown for her pageant. I was very skeptical about ordering a gown online especially with it being customized completely via messages BUT Tansy & the Lunss designers are the absolute best! At this point, we refuse to work with another company and will only have custom gowns made by Lunss!
I trust Tansy’s ideas and suggestions, because after 2 years & 4 dresses, she’s been nothing short of PERFECTION! She’s patient, understanding, kind and beyond willing to make sure my daughter’s designs are lovely and received in more than enough time. The craftsmanship of the tailors is superb. Their attention to detail is more than anything we could ask for! Even my husband - who is quiet about everything lol - says he’s happy with the work and that this is his daughter’s dress designer for life (lots of time for a wedding dress but when it’s time, I hope that Lunss is still around so her Big Day is as perfect as her pageant days)!
My daughter has her second pageant of the year coming up in a few months. She’ll be needing three dresses. She’s currently working on sketches for designs & we have NO DOUBT that Tansy & the Lunss team will make her another set of dream dresses she’ll be so proud to wear! It definitely helps a girl’s confidence when she can walk on stage in front of hundreds of people in a dress that makes her feel like a Queen! Thank you again, Tansy & everyone at Lunss! She didn’t win this time, but she dazzled in both dresses & walked away with several awards, including National American Miss Louisiana Junior Teen first runner up :) look for her next dresses at the national competition in November!!
