I have already placed your order with our factory. Please note that the factory is currently on Chinese New Year holiday and is expected to resume work in late February. Once we start the final stitching, we expect to complete the dress by the end of this week and will send photos for your final confirmation.

Please note that this is not the final look of the dress. We are showing you these photos specifically to check if you are satisfied with the placement of the lace flowers. We will be adding stiff tulle to the lining to achieve the proper fullness and volume.

Please keep in mind that these are photos of a semi-finished product. The dress is still in progress—we’ve only just completed the lace detailing, and these are quick mobile phone snaps.

We are crafting this strictly according to the fabrics you selected. This specific lace appliqué is exceptionally premium in our local market, and the production cost for this piece is quite high. Could you please let us know which specific areas you are concerned about?

If you agree, we can also send a video for your confirmation. Currently, our production costs have already exceeded $300, including labor and shipping; we are making hardly any profit on this. Honestly, it would be impossible to find a dress with such complex hand-done details for $100 elsewhere. We still have a significant amount of mesh to add to the skirt underneath, and once finished, the dress will be just as voluminous and fluffy as the inspiration photo.

Regarding the fullness of the skirt, please keep in mind that it is still a work-in-progress. We will be adding more tulle layers underneath for support to achieve the desired volume. Once you have confirmed the sequined lace decorations, we will proceed to the next stage.

Regarding the lace appliqués on the waist—do you feel they are too much?

As previously discussed, the dress is primarily crafted from lace appliqués and this specific mesh, with no additional manual gems details included in the original scope. We can remove some lace appliques if you'd like.

Regarding the neckline, we will take it in slightly during sewing and add shoulder straps. This will create a beautiful sweetheart neckline as the final result. Please rest assured—if you are worried about the lace appliqués being too dense around the neckline and waist, we will adjust their placement for a more balanced look.

Regarding the lace appliqués, we sincerely apologize, but we are unable to replace them at this stage. We have already invested a significant cost in purchasing these specific appliqués, and they have already been applied to the fabric, incurring material costs. Furthermore, the other lace option may not necessarily suit this dress design; it features heavy beading, which makes it very difficult to cut and rearrange for a custom fit. We hope you can understand.

If you feel the neckline appliqués are too large, we can trim the leaf portions to decorate the neckline instead. This way, the design won't look too wide or bulky. Do you agree with this adjustment?
