The perfect birthday dress

This custom birthday dress exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I put it on, I could tell it was well made. The closures are secure bra-style hooks rather than cheap Velcro, which made the dress feel structured, supportive, and high quality. Nothing felt rushed or poorly constructed. It truly felt worth the price. The timeline was also reasonable for a custom design. I began the process in mid-December and received my dress in February, which I think is a fair turnaround for a fully customized piece. Everything came together perfectly, exactly how I envisioned it. I’m so happy with how my birthday look turned out that I’ve already started designing my prom dress with LUNSS. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and quality that went into creating my dress.

I’m looking to have a custom birthday dress made for February 18th inspired by the Jaded London style I shared. I would like the dress to be short with a mini skirt, in a gold tone, made from a sheer, draped fabric that hugs the body. The design should include cutouts and an open back, with gold/crystal or metallic strap detailing at the neckline, underbust, and waist to frame the body similar to the reference photos. I want the look to be sexy and elegant but still secure and comfortable to wear, so light structure or hidden elastic for support would be great. Overall, I’m aiming for a bold, glamorous birthday look that matches the vibe of the inspiration images.

I’m not entirely sure if I want the exact same volume on the skort as the original dress I have provided a picture of a purple squirt dress that I like the design of the skort on so maybe you could help me decide which one would look better.

If we add hand-sewn beadwork and sequins to the shoulder straps, the price of the dress will increase significantly, as this requires a great deal of time and intricate manual labor. Alternatively, using beading fabric for the straps would help lower the cost. What do you think?

The price for the dress without any beading decorations is $170. If we use pre-made beading fabric, the minimum price will be $185. The production time is approximately 4 weeks, and we expect to ship it out for you by mid-January.

However, you can refer to a real photo of fabric #120.

Please note that we do not keep stock; we purchase fabric specifically based on each customer's custom requirements. Adding beading fabric is no problem at all. Also, please understand that slight color variations between different fabric batches are inevitable.😊
