Regarding the black dress below, I found a link for it. We believe this style is made of stretchy fabric, so you could choose either Size 2 or Size 4.

As for using fiber optic fabric, it is extremely expensive in our local market. Also, since we have never worked with this specific material before, we cannot guarantee the final result.

However, we have previously made dresses using a similar glitter tulle (sparkly mesh). What do you think about that as an alternative?
