Hi I am looking for a custom wedding dress the color ivory, with tulle fabric, lace & 3D appliqués, sweetheart neckline, I like the mermaid style dress but don’t want to much layering & volume in the bottom of the skirt. Corset back is ok. I don’t know if you can do sleeves not attached to the dress and with pointed shoulders like in image #1? If not image #3 sleeves are ok. I want the sleeves high up on my arm. Cathedral style veil if you do veils and not completely made of lace style but maybe on the trim of the veil?

Overall I loved my dress and would absolutely order again!! In store dress of my taste are all $2500+ even with alterations and the price for this dress I am no where near that & pleased! The dress bust isn’t constructed the best and needs more appliqués to cover the built in bra/ padding. The veil comb was sewn on backwards. The sleeves I have to redo completely. The veil was perfect I paid additional to have more on it then the original finished product I should have added more to dress but very hard to see entirely through video verses in person or with no close up pictures. Again I am ok with paying more to have all these fixed by a tailor over here. Still cheaper than my budget. Thank you Shirley and team! I do love the work and thankful I don’t have to spend $2500.

The lace on the bottom of the dress & then kind of goes up the dress in certain areas. I want the same for the veil. I hope I'm making sense.

Pleaseeee don't be upset I think we made need to change the style of the dress from mermaid to a-line ballgown dress. I tried on some other dresses today for the first time and the mermaid dress was not as flattering on my body. I would like to keep all material, lace design the same for the dress, veil and gloves but would just need to change to a-line ball gown. Ok I'm really just looking for clear communication & expectations can you provide a updated accurate date? I was told a month to a month and half was the timeline when I reached out initially back in March and when I paid my deposit in July. I understand what I have ordered may take time but I'm going based on what was told to me. Being that we are now passed that timeframe & I haven't received any notice or explanation on cause for delay or any other updates on progress of my dress after asking for pictures of what has been done. Can you confirm if the sleeves are not attached to the dress? If it's detachable like I have the option to stick it to the dress or remove it that's ok but I want to make sure it is not permanently attached. Also, I was hoping to have the 3D lace appliqués on the wrist part of the sleeves as well like the inspo image I sent.

1, Yes, the sleeves are detachable. The top of the sleeves can be attached to the bodice with buttons, so you can easily remove them.
2, Since you chose a chapel train, the length from the waist to the hem is 1.5 meters. The overall effect is very beautiful, so please don't worry.
I'm sorry, but the train length cannot be changed. It's made to start from the waist, so modifying it would require remaking the entire skirt, which would incur additional production costs.

No the veil length is ok. I love them both I just don't like the space in between the end of the dress and veil. & that was my fault both were supposed to be cathedral length I mixed up the 2 styles. Sorry about that. When I said long train I meant cathedral completely my fault.
I'm thinking of ordering more of the 3D lace appliqués from you & adding it in that space with some pearls and other beading all over the veil.

If it's not to much of a bother for the seamstress to add more to the veil I would appreciate it. I think the dress is beautiful as is only the veil I wanted more added to close that gap between. I know this has been a long process and I don't mean to be difficult. I truly appreciate it.
Can you do the same style from the dress on the back of the veil? The bottom fuller and then the appliqués going up gradually to fill in that space?
My drawing is terrible 😆 sorry but hopefully you understand what I mean. Make the bottom of the veil as full as the bottom of the dress then add going up just like the dress but in a way where the gap of space is covered.
How much is the price for this change? I know it is a tedious process.
