In terms of fabric, I think Fabric #32218 is best. Will this fabric be best to achieve the sparkle level as in the dress in picture 5 and 6? Or additional appliqués/beading will be needed?

I want the dress to be fully adorned with shimmering details throughout. I think additional hand-stitched beaded appliqués should be layered on top to enhance the sparkle and dimension. The entire dress, including the bodice, sleeves, and skirt, should have a uniform sparkle that catches the light from every angle.

Hello! I received my mock up dress today and tried it right away. There are some alterations needed, especially around the hips and thighs as it is very tight. I plan to go to a local seamstress on Friday to provide with better feedback to make sure the final dress fits perfect. Just wanted to let you know if case the dress is in progress, the lower half is going to need updated measurements. My venue has a grand staircase that I need to go up and down so I need flexibility on my legs 😊

The top part of the dress fit perfect by the way! I had a question about the sleeves. Since it's off the shoulder, will top edge of the sleeve will have a silicone or rubber band so it doesn't slip off?

Hello Shirley, I apologize for the late reply. My local seamstress is overseas and recently found out. I took the measurements myself so bear with me haha. Thank you!

Below you will see pictures with the mock up dress - hips should be around 42 inches

Below the buttocks should be around 40 inches

Additionally, the thigh area is currently tight so I'm thinking about bringing the tigh area up to about 15 inches from the waistline (see picture). That new thigh measurement is 38 inches. I pulled up the dress to that so whatever measurement is on the beginning of the flowy part of the dress allows to go up stairs! I measured my legs going up the stairs and it should be around 42 inches!

please let me know if you have any questions or if you need additional clarification!
