My Dream Polka Dot Dress
First I want to say thank you to Helen for her attention to detail, patience, and being willing to answer all of my questions during this process.
The Story:
I tried on the Sherri Hill version of this dress 10 years ago but it was many sizes too big. I could not find the dress in smaller sizes and gave up looking. I kept dreaming about this dress but it was too expensive to get custom-made... but then I found Lunss! All they needed were the photos I had collected of the dress and my measurements. The process was easy and I could not believe how quickly the dress was made and delivered!! (They even found a belt like the original but I ended up loving it without the belt)
The Dress
Right out of the package, this dress was gorgeous. The only part that did not fit quite right was the bodice in the bust area but that is a simple trip to the dry cleaners and for $20 CAD the bust area is being altered. The measurements were correct from Lunss but of course clothing can fit differently once it is put on, so I do not see this as an issue. I added a petticoat underneath for volume and Voila, my dream dress!!
I love it, I am happy! My only advice is to set some extra cash aside for a petticoat (if required) or any minor alternations after your dress arrives.

Bust(fullest portion) - 35 inches (planning to have no bra with the dress due to the structured bust portion, this measurment is with a bra on)

1, The belt is detachable.
2， The dress in the pictures is not wearing a petticoat. We made the dress a layer of hard mesh, lining, and dotted fabric, which totally has three laters. So it has some structure.
Of course, it is better if wear a separate petticoat underneath. I suggest you prepare a small petticoat, in case you needed one. 😊

Im sorry to hear that the bust area doesn't fit well.
So, I just checked with our production, and they confirmed the they made dress in strict according to the specific custom measurements below...
I suggest you can get a local tailor to alter it? We have leave of 2cm in each side seam, so total have 4-5 cm tolerance on both sides. I hope it helps...
