The dress arrived today. She loved it. The neck is not low. So, she is happy about that.
Worked with the designer Tansy, who did it in a timely fashion and took the time to understand the design and provide suggestions. Thank you very much for your help.
The dress was a design done by a high school girl for her best friend. They have been planning this for 2-3 years. Thanks for making their dream come true.

How about we customize this dress with below details?
- Would you like a high-low skirt style?
- This dress is lined. The bodice comes with padded cups.
- How about we make this dress from this blue fabric which decorated with gold embroidery?
Here are two styles of blue fabric's layout on dress. Please kindly let me know which one you would prefer.
1. Off the shoulder bodice could be made of blue tulle with embroidery decorating along the top of bodice( marked in black)
Fuchsia area of fabric could make the skirt.
2. Below marked area of fabric could make the bodice
Fuchsia area of fabric could make the skirt.
- For the cape, if you want it connected to the halter neck, it could be made of blue chiffon fabric which is lightweight.
- If you wat it is connected to the back bodice as below, it could be made of blue chiffon or satin fabric.
Please kindly let me know which style you would prefer. - We do not produce hand ornament.

Is there a way to make the dress exactly as in the picture?
Hand ornament, we are planning to buy somewhere else.
We need a fabric with lighter blue and NOT with such a busy design in it.

If you do not like it, we could make this cap sleeve A-line dress from satin fabric. We will cut the satin into the similar wavy shape to decorate the dress.
It seems this dress includes light blue, navy, gold or champagne. You could choose all colors from below color charts for this dress.
Please confirm with me ASAP, so that we could make the dress earlier.

- What color would you want for below marked areas?
- Chiffon cape could be connected to the halter neck. Chiffon cape is detachable. Chiffon cape's color is akin to the color #95.

All of your comments are right.
The last marked areas supposed to be on some sort of silver.....
We couldn't make out silver color well in those samples through the computer.
That color should also be on the design in the neck lining of the dress, arms and little bit on the belt.
SInce you could see the colors in person, can you please pick a silver color that will go well with the base blue.
If you think base blue could be little lighter, please do so.
You actually got the idea. Make it look good.

- Blue color #20 is darker than blue #128. Would you like color #128 as base color of dress, and color #20 for some embellishments?

40 or 128 for base color. You pick. The child is a little dark-skinned Indian.
Any of the above silver will work. You pick base color and use your judgement which silver will look good with that blue.

- If 128 for some embellishments of bottom skirt, color #40 is better for the basic dress.
- The entire dress including cap sleeves and skirt is fully lined. The choker neck will be made of chiffon fabric without lining.
- This dress would be made of satin which is opaque. Even though we make the lining in silver color, it could not be shown through. Lining is a fabric touchking your skin.
- Would you like to make high-low skirt? Thus, the silver lining could be show slighly through the shorter front skirt? - For "that color should also be on the design in the neck lining of the dress, arms and little bit on the belt". Color #40 is for the basic dress.
2. The front skirt is in same length as the back skirt, instead of high-low style. The lining will be in silver color but does not show.

1. 128 for some embellishment on base color 40 , I am afraid, the colors won't flow well (Give me your opinion please). Basically base color and embellishments should be different shades of blue, with silver color in some of the embellishments.
How about 20 instead of 128 for embellishment.
40 - Base color
20 , 95, silver for embellishments at the bottom
95 for belt

In the belt, are you just going to stitch a piece of silver cloth (as a silver band) or will it be some kind of embroidery like my older daughter's prom dress?
Do you agree with the color selections, I am depending on you also to pick the right kind of blues.
If the silver band is just a piece of silver cloth on the belt (DONT DO IT....leave the belt plain)
I would prefer some silver embroidery on the belt.

This dress's bust, waist and hips were made by following below measurements you provided. This dress is slightly bigger than our standard size US 6 mannequin, so the dress is falling down. If the measurements you provided are correct, this dress could cover a bit more of your daughter.

I am afraid that it is hard to add the neckline on this finished dress. We have to remake a new bodice and redo pattern-cutting.
If needed, we could add spaghetti straps on the bodice. Please kindly let me know your thoughts.
