The fabric could be ivory tulle, ivory lace applique. We are not the original tailor, we will find the most suitable lace appliques for your dress.

• I do NOT want sleeves
  - Remove sleeves to keep sleeveless bodice shape.
  
  
• Instead a neckline similar to the picture I’m attaching.
  - Would you like plunging V-neck design on sleeveless bodice as marked below?
  
  
  
• And I do NOT want the flower embellishments on the top front of the dress.
  - Do you mean yellow areas are made of plain tulle without any embellishments? If yes, th back will be plain without any embellishments as well. But we could add extra lace appliques to cover the back till half part.
