My Dream Wedding Dress
I got married on August 17, 2019. Sorry for this late review, but I would like to thank you so much for making my dream wedding dress come true!
Before this dress, I bought a wedding dress that turned out I couldn't wear because too sexy and I realized I really wanted a modest one. I was so worried I won't be able to find a shop that has exactly what I want. I stumbled Lunss.com back in 2018 but was afraid to try them because you know it's online custom design. I decided this time and started sending details, made a sketch and sent some sample ideas to Tansy back in June 24, 2019. Though there were fabrics aren't available that I wanted for this dress but glad it still turned out beautiful. I believe they started making my dress around first week of July. I paid extra for expedition and made sure Tansy will commit the estimated date and really amazed me that they finished my dress in just 2 weeks! I had to pay extra to change the fabric of the skirt, it was my fault that I didn't carefully read Tansy's messages. There were few things though that my friend had to make adjustments on the bodice (a little loose on me), put some invisible hooks for the overskirt to stay on place with my main dress, and removed the fabric under the sleeves (only bodice have to keep it modest since the fabric have holes).
Overall I was very happy with my wedding dress! My husband really loves it! I highly recommend Lunss to you and to my friends. Just an advice, be very detailed and carefully read Lunss staff/designer's replies. Specially with the details of the fabrics and measurements to get what you exactly want and possibly no adjustments to make at all.

- It is high-low overskirt which is in 3-tiered style in the referring picture. But the sketch shows a long overskirt with a front open slit.
- Please kindly let me know which kind overskirt you would prefer. - The closure will be invisible zipper with buttons.

Is this ivory lace fabric okay for the bodice? Scalloped edges could be used for the edges of V-neck and V-cut.
Skirt could be made of organza or chiffon fabric. If you want to get an expensive look, silk-chiffon fabric is advised, but the price will be more rexpensive. I will confirm fabrics and color with you later.

Overskirt design
- I want to confirm that this is detachable skirt.
It is high-low overskirt which is in 3-tiered style in the referring picture. But the sketch shows a long overskirt with a front open slit. – I want the long overskirt with a front open slit to still show the original skirt of the dress.
The closure will be invisible zipper with buttons. – I just want to meet both ends of the skirt in front. Just like the one I sketched. Should not too far from each other from the top but still shows the original skirt inside.
- Fabric & Color
Is this ivory lace fabric okay for the bodice? Scalloped edges could be used for the edges of V-neck and V-cut.
Do you have other choices for the lace? Do you have some lace that has not a lot of complicated flowers/design? I found these samples laces I found online.

For the skirt, I need something not too light weight and not so transparent. Are you going to put some fabric inside first so it won’t be that transparent and so it’s not too flat? How much for the silk chiffon?

The production time is around 25-35 days. It could be shorten to 15-18 days with rush service; The shipping time is around 7-10 working days and it could be shorten to 3-5 working days with expedited delivery.

sorry that I missed this part but I want the overskirt to have a hidden button
lock in front not a tie sash behind/back.
- It is a slim slit in your attached pictures. But it is an

you would prefer for the overskirt. – Only the top meets each ends or slim slit (if
that’s how its called) on the top just like the photo I gave you.

Horsehair is created by adding stretchy stiff tulle. Do you mean keep the same width of horsehair as below? I am not sure the horsehair style you mean. Please kindly clarify it.
- The top meets each ends or slim slit (if that’s how its called) on the top of overskirt.

Sorry that my drawing sketch sucks, please don't refer to my original drawing when it comes to the overskirt. The cascading style is very hard to draw :D and I am not good at understanding the tailoring terms like horsehair, etc.
With the overskirt, I want the last one I sent you not my drawing or other samples I sent you. Front and back with the details I already gave yo. I trust your experience/expertise on how you will do the overskirt close enough to the sample design I provided. Let me know if you have further questions. I will pay today and get my measurements asap.

- Mid Shoulder to Bust Point - 10 inches
- Waist (smallest portion of your waist) - 28 inches
- Hips (fullest portion of your butt) - 36.5 inches
- Height (barefoot) - 5 feet 2 inches
- Hollow to floor( measure with barefoot) :
Floor length - 51 inches
Tea length - 38 inches
Knee length - 33.5 inches
Short length - 25 inches
- Shoe Height - 3 inches
- Arm Circumference - 11 inches
- Armscye - 15 inches
- Sleeve Length( from shoulder seam to cuff) - 22 inches
- Wrist -6 inches
- Belly(circumference of the middle area of Waist and Hip, it is a must-have measurement for the pregnancy and tummy fat) -32 inches
- Measurement from neck end to the V-cut in the back - 8.5 inches
- Front v cut should not show a lot of cleavage (from hollow to my desired point) - 5.5 inches or measure based on your experience
- Train length of overskirt: measure from the back heel to the end of train on overskirt. - Please use your experience on this one. I'll let you do it. And please remember that the main dress skirt have train too (like the image below) but shorter than the overskirt, please do the measurement for me too.
By the way, I'm trying to cut down carbs on my diet to lessen my waist and belly fats. Is it possible to adjust these parts in case I'll loose fats later on?

For the veil. I want a simple ivory dropdown with no lace veil. The front will drop somewhere up to my hips then the back will drop up to where the ends of the overskirt.

I could tell that the veil in your attached pictures is made of a/ single layer of tulle fabric and the edge is raw cut without any embellishments.
If you want to wear the veil in a layer style as in above pictures, you could have your Makeup master to secure the veil with small pins/ clips, because comb is too obvious.
We do not have small pins/ clips.
If you want a two layered veil as below, we could add comb on the veil.
Raw cut edge veil is good for your wedding dress, because your dress will come with a overskirt.

This dress has build-in-bra.
The bust measurement is not bra size.
This is a measurement of the fullest part of your bust or body circumference at the bust. It is a body measurement which measures the circumference of a woman's torso at the level of the breasts.
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust and center the tape on your back so it's levelled all the way around.

Based on our conversation about the fabrics, I remember you said you'll use chiffon and I agreed to that coz that's what the fabric from the sample dress I sent you as a reference. If you'll change it to chiffon, will it cause more days of delay. I'm worried it won't make it to my wedding day. How much will it cost for chiffon? I really thought you used chiffon fabric for the skirt.
