I was told a few weeks ago that I would receive the finished dress photos by the 10th of April. I understand that the process takes a while, so when do you expect it to be done and ready to ship? Also, are you still confident that it will arrive before April 27, the day of my prom? That’s my main concern.

Sorry for the late reply. We have too many customized orders for the moment. It takes us a while to reply all messages.Thank you for your kind understanding.

We are sorry that we have too many prom dresses are in production now. Our tailors are too busy for the moment. The production time might be few days longer than estimated.

We will upgrade your standard shipping to expedited shipping for free, which will shorten the shipping time from 10~15 days to 3 working days. Your dress will arrive on time.

Thank you Nancy. I understand the high volume of orders causing the delay. Do you have an estimated date that the dress may be done?

If you don’t mind, could you tell me the exact status of my dress? I know it’s still in production; I want to know how close it is to being done & ready to ship. My prom is in 17 days (13 business days). I ordered it in the right time frame for it to be on time for the event.
