Amazing custom made prom dress!
My dress was amazing! It was so unique and I got so many compliments. It looked exactly like the picture and fit me perfectly. The only reason why I’m giving a 4 star rating is because I got my dress only a day before prom which is was stressful. I would’ve preferred at least a week in advance, and the first time I used this site my dress came a few weeks before prom which was less stressful. Other then that, great service, great dress!

I would like to do the same color as the original picture, but I don’t know if 614, 708, or 724 matches best?
Those three colors are quite close. We are not the original designer of this dress. We could only choose a similar one. #708 would be a good choice.

Okay, thank you. I will do #708 then. Also, when I put in my measurements, it asked me to measure the sleeve length to where I want my dress sleeve to end, but I actually just measured from the top of my shoulder to my wrist. I still want the sleeve to look like it does in the picture.

I accidentally chose the color “blushing pink” and now it won’t delete. But I want the teal color that we discussed(708). And my shoulder to wrist length is 20 inches and from wrist to end of sleeve is 5 inches.
And I would also like to change the embellishment on the shoulder to be silver, not gold.

The back of this dress could be fully cover with invisible zipper cloure. The ruffles will be extended from front V-neck to back shoulders.

Hello. My pictures never came on Thursday so I’m just checking ik the progress. Thank you.
I’m becoming worried my dress is not going to arrive on time.
If it takes awhile to send photo confirmation pictures, don’t worry about it, I just want my dress shipped as soon as possible please.
Why are you waiting until the last minute to send my dress? I still haven’t seen the confirmation photos that were supposed to be sent last week and my prom is in a week.
Sorry for the delay and late reply. We were on public holiday till 4th May. Our tailor is sewing beading on your dress. We will provide you the finished dress photos on 6th May.
