Amazing custom dress

Hi, I plan on placing the order on Wednesday when I get my paycheck, I just wanted to clarify a couple of my requests.
I want my dress to be a ball gown, I don't want the skirt part to hug the body but I don't want it to be too rounded; I want the skirt to look just like the picture.
I want all the visible hems to be black, every part of the dress should be black.
I'm honestly not too worried about the bust area, obviously if you can please make it have a little more coverage, but I do like the way the dress looks in the picture so if it messes w the dress honestly don't worry about it. I do not want a bandeau in the middle of the bust.
Sorry if I'm picky, I just really want this dress to be perfect for my senior prom and thank you so much for agreeing to make it, you're honestly a life saver!! I look forward to corresponding with you throughout this journey!!

Forgot to give you my full measurements because I was having trouble adding labels and I didn't want to miss anything.
Bust: 44-47 inches (The tailor I went to wrote this, wasn't sure which number to write)
Natural Waist: 42 inches
Hips: 51 inches
Low Hip: 47 inches
Hollow to Hem: 49 inches
Waist to Hem: 41 inches
Inside Sleeve: 17 3/4 inches
Arm Girth: 19 inches
Center Back Width: 18 Inches
Nape to Waist: 19 inches
Also, I would like say that I want my dress long. I don't want it train long, but long enough that it touches the ground. I am 5 foot 8 inches (68 inches total), so I am tall, so I'd rather have you make it long and I'd just get it hemmed rather than too short.

We will make the dress as similar to the original dress as we could! Because the Lace Applique we use is not the exactly same as the original dress, so it may look a little bit difference.
The dress will be all in black.
We could put more Lace Appliques on the cleavage part if you like.
