"Please add flounced chapel train (SAME EXACT AS PICTURE) on the dress, with built-in bra. The train should have the wavy edges, as shown in the picture. The color is ROYAL BLUE. Please use SPANDEX material only to make the dress tight fitting. The dress should cinch in below the knees, but flow towards the bottom (no cuts on the knee area). The chapel train should be matched towards her height, as she is very short (only 58"). The chest area should fit her bust properly. The waist line should be cinched in to flatter her shape. The sleeves shouldn't be too tight or too loose. Please follow these instructions accordingly!"
