It will take around 40 days for the dress production. It is peak season to make prom dresses now, therefore the production time is longer now. You will receive your dress before end of March for sure. I will provide you the finished dress images for your check before shipping. You could kindly pay for the rest fee after checking the dress images before shipping.

The dress is beautiful! But one thing i wanted the vneck to be a little higher up , and is it see through ?

We made the V-neck by following your confirm neckline below. Since the mesh fabric is a little bit elastic, the neckline is a little bit open, which is not avoidable. We could add a nude mesh in the middle chest to hold it. Please kindly let me know if it is ok. We can't pull it up, otherwise we have to change the whole top since fabric was cut.
Yes, lining can be added. Sleeves are suggested to be sheer. Normally we add lining in the way I marked below. You could add lining for only the front, or both front and back.
