I don't need the applique on the front of the dress, it can be plain. The amount of tulle could be reduced a little in the skirt if needed to bring down the fabric cost. My favorite thing about the dress is the color, so I would like it as close as possible to a dark burgandy.

I searched for a ling time to find the exact dress I wanted for my committment ceremony, but I kept going back to a picture I had seen online. The dress was far outside my price range, but the color and style was exactly what I wanted. I looked for custom dress makers here in Miami, but they were way too expensive. Then I looked online and found Lunss. The design experience was so easy and Nancy was incredibly helpful. The dress arrived on time and was flawless. It is a ballgown, so I was blown away by the level of skill and thought that went into each part of the dress. They even included a hoop skirt to go underneath, which is something I needed but didn't even think about. I can't say enough good things about this company or my dress. Excellent service and excellent craftsmanship.

Actually, I was looking at pictures of the gown and I'm not really sure how long the train should be. I don't want it so long that I can't walk, but I've never had a dress with a train so I really don't know. Just let me know whatever you think is best based on what you see in the pictures.

About the train length, there is a very small train on the original dress. I think it is nice to keep the original train length. But we could also make it in floor length if you want.

Hi Nancy,
I just wanted to add one last little note about the bodice of the dress. Since it is strapless and has a lot of open areas in the sides and back, can you put in boning so that the bodice will be more firm like in the photo and stay up? I wasn't sure if you include boning with a strapless dress, so I wanted to ask.
