Hi,

I am looking into making a prom dress for my graduation in June of 2019 but I have no idea how much it will cost and I have to stay within a price range. So I am wondering if you could look at these 3 options and tell me how much each would cost. The dark and light blue lace would be my first choice but I would like to add a slit, the white lace would be my second in either red or an ivory color, and the tight embroidered would be my last. I love all three but would like to know which would be the cheapest including the cost to get it to Canada.

Dont worry its real!

So I found the dress of my dreams years ago and had no idea where to find it. A problem, I know, a lot of girls looking for a prom dress have. I tried so many stores and nothing was perfect. so I chose to look for somewhere to make it for me and came across this site. until the dress arrived I was super skeptical I honestly thought it was a scam and thought all the reviews were fake. BUT THEY'RE NOT. this site is real and they are so helpful. every question I had they answered with everything I needed. I worked with Tansy and she was so nice and understanding even when I would send her many many messages. (to do this I did have to pay around 5 dollars but it was needed and would recommend).before shipment, i realized that customs were going to be crazy expensive so they were able to change the cost writing on the package so it was not a problem. in the end, my dress turned out really well it is almost an exact replica of the photo I found and the color is beautiful. the only downfall and it might have been my fault is it is a little big on the top but better big than too small! I honestly recommend this site to anyone who doesn't want to settle on a dress or spend hundreds of dollars. just come in knowing what you and for me, it worked out. i had a great experience and thank you Tansy so much.

I have decided on the first dress(the white lace with slit skirt). I would like the exact same lace front(making sure we don't see the pans underneath) with an open back, with a slit chiffon skirt(with an underskirt), in a scarlet red, and if possible I would really like pockets.

Yes, I would like an open back no lace. I'm not sure how to explain the skirt but it has slightly two layers as you can see in the picture you sent me, I just want the skirt exactly the same as it is shown in the picture. Would you like to keep buttons at the back?

The skirt is made of chiffon with lining underneath.

We advise ivory chiffon for the skirt, because lace fabric is available in ivory color. Please kindly note that lace fabric is unavailable in pure white color.

Satin could be as lining at the skirt, you could choose lining color from below color charts.

The bodice of original dress is made of nude tulle decorated with ivory lace appliques without lining, but coming with build-in-bra.

We will add more lace appliques to cover the bust area.

I am in the process of getting the measurements done I just wanted to confirm the things we agreed on.

Each part of the dress is red, except the nude tool to keep the lace top together. The back of the dress has an open V back. The front would have extra lace appliques so we don't see the built-in bra underneath. The skirt is chiffon with a lining underneath, has a slit and unsee-able pockets.

Everything just like the pictures sent before.

One of the measurements on the website but not on your recommendations was the Hollow to hem when I measured this I got about 50 inches I want a floor length dress, with no train, so I’m not sure if you need this. Also, when I measured the waist to floor I did it from where I would like the waistband to be(where the lace stops and skirt starts).

I was told by a friend that online sites tend to generalize your measurements to a 0 or 00 I really hope this is not the case because this is my dream dress and I hope it turns out perfectly.

One more question. Before the dress is shipped, I am wondering if I can get a picture of the dress so I can see if there are any changes I would like to make.

Since you want a floor length dress without train, you could provide measurement of hollow to floor(with barefoot).

If you provide the measurement of hollow to hem, you need to wear the shoes when take this measurement.

Please kindly note that for floor length dress, "hollow to floor" is shorter than "hollow to hem".

Hi Tansy,

I was looking through the customer reviews and I notice one girl got the same dress as me just with a different skirt. I looked at the top lace and it looks like there is a gap between the lace and the skirt I just want to clarify that that is not what I want I would like it to looks the same as the picture lace down to the waistline. also, the band that separates the skirt from the dress at the smallest part of my waist is key to me. so please don't forget that.

Another part that is key to me is how the skirt likes up with the band at the waistline. as you can see is the picture of the dress I want there are slight sinches I love the look of that want really would like to keep that.

And that the red of the lace is the same as the red of the skirt. In the photo above the top and bottom are two different colors I really don't want this to happen with mine so all the same red, please.

Also, what color will the tule be to create the lace top?

Will you be able to send me pictures along the way so I can correct things before it is too late?

The layout and placement of the lace appliques on the bodice of dress as below.

Yes, this dress comes with natural waist.

The skirt will be made of chiffon fabric which is easy to create the drapes as marked below.

Different fabrics in the same color exist color difference due to different textures which can not be avoided. We always try our best to reduce chromatism.

It should be nude tulle for the bodice.

Our tailors are too busy, we only provide pictures of finished dress for customers to check.

I am very interested in buying this dress but now my mom is involved. Because of customs this dress is now costing us 500$, we can’t pay that. So the only way I can get this dress is if when it is shipped to Canada, on the information label it must be less then 70$. Can you do this.

Thank you so much the dress looks beautiful!!

Just a few things I am hoping to change.

The lace of the upper body currently goes where the waist band is. Could that be removed so the waist band is just solid red, no lace? (Photo attached)

also I understand that we wouldn’t b able to hide all of the under bra but is it possible just to add a few more appliqués to right side of the dress (photo attached) where the bra is very visible at the top?

Everything about this dress is perfect except for those key parts so please could I have those fixed.

The skirt of this dress do come with slit and pockets. I am sorry that it is hard to tell from the pictures.
For plain belt without lace applique at waist. How about we send another a solid sash together with this dress to you, so that you could tie it in a knot at waist as below to hide that lace applique or you could wear this dress without that sash.

Or we could sew the belt at waist for you. Would you like a matte belt or glossy belt?

We changed round bra to half bra, so that it would not show at upper bust area. We placed both nude and red half bra inside for your reference.

I am looking at the dress closer and it looks like a band was placed over the waistband instead of removing the lace. Is this true or just the pictures?

If it is a band just placed over top I would prefer the lace instead of what it is now.

This dress only has a belt/ waistband. We separated the skirt and bodice, then add belt on the lace fabric just as original design.

Please kindly note that if we cut the lace fabric which is below the yellow line, they will be lots of thread residue which will ruin this dress.

Would you like to change it to below design? If yes, extra 30 USD will be needed, because customers only have a chance for alteration.

If so I would like the cover removed I am happy with the lace on the band as it was before.

I do not want to pay the 30 to have the lace removed I just want to take off the belt you put on the hide the lace. Can this happen for free?

We did't place one band over another waistband. Please kindly check below pictures, this dress only has one belt. If we removed this belt, there will be some gaps between the lace and the skirt, which you do not want.

The belt is flat. You could iron it after you receive this dress.
