It is a floor length puffy skirt from your new attached dress. It should have a bustle beneath. Since yours will be a detachable overskirt, bustle can't be used then.

We could make the overskirt puffier than the following one, and make it fully closed. Please note that there will be a slit as marked in blue arrow.

We will charge extra 50USD for making the puffy overskirt. Many extra tulle fabric will be used in this design. Please kindly understand.

Here is the gold lace applique we will use. And we will sew some gold beads and sequins to bring some glitter.

You could kindly pay for the rest 50USD after seeing the dress before shipping.

Only the lace applique is in gold color, all the rest fabrics will be in royal blue color.

Everything but the middle clevage is going to be royal blue correct?

- I'm not so sure if you understood my explanation about the overskirt. Actually there will be two ways for this.

a. Make it as a fully closed skirt. When you walk, the inside mermaid bottom won't show up.

b. Make a full overskirt, the left and right side of overskirt will meet in the front. It won't show your mermaid skirt when you don't move, your mermaid skirt would show up a little bit when you walk.

We will make detachable spaghetti straps just in case the bottom is too heavy, they will help to hold the dress. Please let me know if needed.

a. Make it as a fully closed skirt. When you walk, the inside mermaid bottom won't show up.

2. I was suggesting to add detachable spaghetti straps on shoulders, didn't mention about detachable gold applique. Your dress bottom will be heavy with puffy skirt, it might drop when you wear it. The spaghetti straps will help to hold the whole dress. You can keep them on dress, or move them away. It won't affect the dress original design. And we provide them for free.

3. Please kindly understand that the puffy overskirt will cost lots of tulle fabric. Therefore we will charge extra 50USD. But you could pay for this after checking the dress finished images before shipping. Thanks for your kind understanding.
