My height is 159cm and weight is 50kg, and I will probably be wearing 3-4inch heels with the dress. I would like it to be floor-length but not too long.

I would like it to be made of red chiffon. However, I don't like the colour difference between the outer and inner layer of chiffon as shown in the photo. Perhaps it would look better if it's just 1 colour?

I love the slit design, pleats and want it to look a bit sexy haha.

The off-the-shoulder part apparently is sequined - I am not too sure about this. Would it look good? I have relatively fat arms and was wondering if you could redesign that part? perhaps something like the other photos?

Gradball dress

  • The colour of the chiffon looks good to me but just out of curiosity, is that the only shade of red you have?
  • The sequined lace drop sleeves sounds perfect to me!
  • So for the extra measurement, could you suggest where the start of the slit should be?
  • With the actual length of the dress, would you be able to estimate by putting the heels height into account as well? I just want to make sure that it will be floor-length and not be too short because one thing I really like about this dress is the fact that it has a really elegant looking with the fluffy-like end.

I mean where about on my body should the start of the slit be? It looks quite high up in the photo. Like near the pubic symphysis?

If you want the higher slit like in original dress, please measurement from hollow to pubic symphysis. If you want slit to be a bit lower, just measure to where you want the slit to start. Thank you!

Hi Tansy,

I am ready to pay but just got some last changes to the measurements. So my waist measurement is actually 25.5inches (I will probably eat less on that day so that would be a better measurement of my waist haha). And with the hip measurement, am I supposed to be measuring the part down to the gluts muscles as well? Thank you very much!

No problem, waist measurement will be 25.5 inch as you required. For hips, please measure the fullest part of hips.

Yep, 35 inch will be right for hips then. So sorry to keep changing measurements but I think I will probably wear 4+ inch heels. Could you please kindly put that into account? Just want to make sure it is long and elegant. Thanks a lot! :)

Thank you for the photos. Just wondering if the slit is at the front of the dress like in the photo I uploaded earlier? And also with the colour, it seems a little bit orangey red? Looks a bit different to this colour? Is it still possible to darken it a little bit? 59979cade6faf

Yes, the slit is just like the original dress, I am sorry that the pictures we attached make you confused. Please check below picture, slit has been pointed out in yellow.

It is red color not orange. The color in pictures is a lighter than real color because of light effect, displayer of computer, etc. No worries.

Hi Tansy,

Just one last question about the length of the dress. Is it long enough to touch the ground? Just wondering if it looks fluffy at the end like the original photo? I know I said I didn't want it to be too long but I hope it's still long enough that would create the fluffy look.

Original dress has enough fabric drag on the ground to create the ruffles. Since your dress is made with floor length skirt, it has no fabric dragging on the ground. I am afraid that no ruffles will be created.
