Okay let me start by telling you I was hesitant, hesitant isn't even the word for it. I was overly skeptical about a website customizing my dress, but it was the best thing I've ever done. The fabric wasn't bad the rhinestones on the dress was perfection and they did everything I asked. I can tell they places thought and care into the dress when it was being made. Only minor con is the communication because while I was sleeping at night they would be emailing me but that was most likely due to different time zones. As well as me worrying over getting the dress in time, I exuded my frustration to them and they hurriedly took care of it with a free two day shipping. Details is what your designer wants to hear. The exact color, pictures with your ideas, fabric, everything. Be precise. When I received my dress two weeks before my prom, I did some alterations because I wanted the slit a little higher and I wanted the sleeves to be off(I went back and forth on what I wanted to do with the sleeves, I just couldn't make my mind up) Other than that, they did an amazing job, I couldn't have asked for a better dress than that, it was a magical night filled with compliments.

Sorry, we are not original tailor of this dress. We don't have the embellishments they have. We can add rhinestones and beads on the goldish appliques I recommended. The price will be ***USD with this design.

I would also like to change the dress slightly where it would be longsleeve and have a v neck. Although not as deep as the women with the black dress, slightly higher. There would be some embellishment on the arms as well, not as much as in the photo of kendall in the dress
Yes, we can add long sleeves and a v-neck for this dress. There are many gold appliques on the sleeve. We have to charge extra **USD basing on ***USD for this modification. Please kindly understand.

Thank you for showing a picture of the rhinestone, I really like it. I am going to choose not to have the long sleeve anymore but I will keep the v neck as deep as this picture. I would also like to keep the train the same as first original picture

Is it possible to make a quick change to my dress at this time?
After some consultion I wanted to make it long sleeve insteadof short sleeve. Although, the rhinestones will not be on the sleeves.
We can still modify the sleeves. Please kindly provide two more measurements for the long sleeves asap.

Please kindly double confirm if you want to keep the whole sleeves without any embellishment, or keep one on the biceps, and small one on the cuffs. We don't charge for this modification.

No, because you guys have told me I would get the dress reveal May 12th and have not complied with that. You are not understanding me well. I need the dress reveal before the end of the week in case of measurement inaccuracies. I odered this dress five weeks ago, giving you more than enough time to work with. The end of May is not an option.
Please understand my worry, I feel like if you tell me it will be revealed on May 12th, I should expect it. Recieving the dress May 30th is very risky.
