Silver Sequined Cap Sleeve Gorgeous Floor Length Tulle Dress

I forgot to add a couple things. I would love for the bodice of the dress, instead of having the beige color behind the beading, to have a darker version of the pink dress pictured behind the beading. I would also like the skirt of the dress to not have a train in the back. Rather, the same floor length all around. In looking through the color options, I would most likely want chiffon #35 for the skirt.

I didn't realize the tailoring would take quite so long, and my event is unfortunately on April 29. This dress is also out of my price range. Is 7 weeks standard for all dresses? Or is there a more simple style of bodice I could chose in order to bring the time and price down?

Thank you so much for the suggestion. The sequin fabric would work wonderfully. Is there a color that is slightly darker than the pink I want in the skirt? And what color do you think would most closely match the one I want for the skirt?

Based on those colors I think I would like to have the silver sequin top with a pale gray skirt rather than the pink I originally wanted. So for the skirt, would you use chiffon? Because in that case I would want color #73

I would also like to mention that the wavy layers of the skirt are important to me and i love that they're defined along the edges of each layer. I want to make sure that this is something you'll be able to replicate?

For my measurements, I put 2 inches for sleeve length because I want a cap sleeve. So for arm circumference we tried to measure where the sleeve would come down to. If you need a different measurement, let me know. 

Also, I want to make sure that I didn't cause any confusion with comments on the skirt. Although I want the layers and waves to look as much like the picture as possible, I don't want the train, just floor length all around.

Im getting very worried that I won't recieve my dress in time for my event on April 29th. I know you said you would contact me after getting word from my tailor, but since it's been 4 days I wanted to make sure that I haven't slipped through the cracks. I was assured it would be finished in time, but I'm afraid this is cutting it very close. Your website says shipping time for rushed orders is 3-4 days. Is there a quicker option that will get it here as soon as possible?
