I would like the top part of the black and white bow dress attached to the skirt of the white dress. For the back can you add either the pearly like buttons like in the picture attached and stop at the waist belt? If you don't have the pearl like buttons the regular buttons like the attached picture will do. Thank you :)

If its costs less without the buttons on the back then I can live without the buttons. And without the pearls do you mean like near the neck lace area?
I really like the bow belt part the same as it is. And for the skirt part is it possible to have the same color scheme going on on the original dress? like the top layer of original dress black and underneath white?

That's fine then without the pearls. As long as the bow belt stays, is that fine? The skirt, will it have those folded like ruffles like the picture (I love that) and slightly uneven layers right? basically exactly the same as picture but as you said the tulle in black and lining in white. One other thing; i like the dress to be flowy and not puffy. May I ask the difference between the skirt made in tulle and that one made in chiffon? (I'm sorry I don't know much about materials)
Yes, it easy for us to keep bow on belt, horsehair detailing and ruffles on the skirt.
Tiered chiffon skirt for your reference. If the bottom was made of chiffon fabric, horsehair detailing is not advised, as chiffon fabric is solid, whilst tulle is see through; Chiffon is flowy, whilst tulle is puffy.
Is this A-line shape of skirt okay?

Oh my god I LOVE IT. The only minor problem is that the skirt part is dark. I'm sorry I didn't make it clear enough. But I meant for the top layer of tulle to be the dark like you made but underneath to be a white underskirt like in the original design of the dress. Otherwise I love it. The top part is perfect!
One other thing would it cost anything extra to add buttons along the back zipper?
Please check below pictures, the skirt was made of two layers of black tulle over white lining.
Our mannequin does not have legs and hips, that's why you could not see the white lining from those picture. But after you wear the dress, the white lining would be shown, as your legs and hips would hold the shape.
We can add buttons along the zip as marked in below picture, it is for free. Thank you!
