It is easy for us to make full back. Below jewel neckline top is made of satin fabric, it is structured. If you want the top of dress to be same structured, it will be made of satin fabric covered by beaded embroidery. Instead of beaded mesh over lining.
I'll just go with the original dress that's in the picture.
