What fabric will you be using ?
Spandex silk satin is advised to make your dress.
Just to clarify, the skirt will be tight right? I do not want it to be flowy at all. Also does that material look silky/shiny? That is not ideal for what I want. I'd rather it look more soft and matte like the pictures.
