At first I was a little worried about how the dress would look on me through the final pictures but when I wore it on, it complimented me really well. Lace appliques are advised to add on the red area. If you want lace fabric to seam the tulle at half of bottom, it would be weird.

I measured my bust to be 37.5in without any undergarments but I don't want the dress the be loose up there. I also want the same length train as above.

Soft lace fabric is a little stretchy, you did a good job to provide measurements, provide advise circumference of sleeve hole, since you do not want it loose.
Measure around sleeve hole.

When I measure my bust, I didn't have any undergarment on and measured kind of loosely. I want it to be snug and not loose up there. Will .5in make a difference?

You do not need to wear anything when you measure bust, as we have inbuilt bra. Juts relax when you take measurments. 0.5 inch makes a little difference.

Arm length is 16in, sleeve hole circumference is 10in. My heels will be about 2inches so add 2 inches for the train?
also, I was looking at my measuring tape and realized it started at 1.5...
How does that affect all my measurements? Do I just take 1.5 off what I measured?
We need length from back of your heel or foot to end of train as black line below, which decides your train length.
Measuring tape would start at 0 cm, if it is 1.5 cm, you need to deduct 1.5 cm off when you provide measurements. We advise you to get measurements from local tailors, it would be more accurate.

The sleeve hole circumference would be 8.5inches. I just updated all the other measurements by subtracting 1.5inches off. For the train, let's do 3 inches

Hello, I see the finished product but from the pictures the sleeves look a bit rough and the sleeve hole looks big. The hips also look smaller than the bus. Maybe it's my perception?

Ok, thank you. The material still looks a bit on the rough side though. Is it soft lace? Also the neckline looks a bit unfinished. It looks kind of messy. Is it supposed to look like that?
It is soft lace fabric, this boat neckline is accented with this scalloped edge, just like model's dress. It was finished, lots of wedding dress has this scalloped edge feature. Thank you.
