How long does production usually take and what is the shipping method & usual shipping time? I'm sorry for so many questions but I just want to make sure I know everything up front because this is my first national pageant competing as a state queen and I really want this to be perfect! I don't have a lot of money but I really want the  perfect dresses! I compete several times every year and if these dresses are what I'm hoping, I'll be ordering more and letting my other pageant friends know where they can get custom gowns!! Thank you!

No it's ok. Thank you! I was able to look at some custom dresses on your site so that helped me a lot! I'm going to try to get very detailed photos of the white dress  on the original dress there is a train but I don't want one. I want the dress to be the same all the way around. And also the back is open but I don't want the opening. I'd like the back to have buttons but only as decoration; it should zip for easy changing! These pictures should show really good detail. I would like the same lace & beading/stone/crystals. I do want the dress white, not pink but I thought the pink photos would help with detail as well! The last picture shows the buttons I would like on the back. Again the back on the original dress is open but I would like the back to have the same lace as the front! Also, no train. Lastly, if a bow could be added that would be great! Here's a photo of similar bow!

As for the short pink dress, I like it as it is except the sleeves should be cap sleeves, not off the shoulder. The skirt should be full & knee length! I'll be sure to check all of my measurements before placing the order which I would like to as soon as possible!

yesterday I asked about an ombré fabric. That is not possible, correct? If not then all white is fine! From the link you sent, I looked at sateen stretch so color #51 looks like white. 

For the short dress, could you help me to choose? Whatever color pink that is closest to the picture is what I would like!

Yes!! Both are lovely!! I love the pink lace color for the dress! Will that be the color of the entire short dress? If so, perfect!

Also I have an idea for the white dress. I sent a photo of a bow. Here it is again:

Notice how it wraps around the waist? It has rouching & isn't smooth, I like that! Can you do that? It doesn't have to be as wide because I still want the crystals/silver/pearls around the waist like in this picture:

The rouching around the waist & the sash to be tied into the bow should be a soft pink, maybe color #18 or #62 (sateen stretch)... whichever is the softer/lighter pink to match the light color of the pink crystals.

I think I'll go with white & iridescent pearls only - no pink... don't want there to be too much pink... I think that would be prettier, along with light pink crystals & the silver beading and the pink sash to bring it all together! What do you think? Also, I think I'll skip on the buttons down the back. A zipper only will be fine.

Lastly - please know that I'm not being difficult, just thorough because I'm ready to pay the deposit to begin production - I'm going to send a message after this one with all the details we've discussed as well as the photos so everything will be together in one message! That way we can clarify everything from there! Again, I just want to be sure I explain everything properly & we are on the same page (I know I've made changes since we first started communicating)! So if the ribbon is ruched, you don't think that would be appropriate? What if it's just wide enough to fit beneath the beaded waistband, like in the picture below? I do value your opinion, so if you don't think it would look nice, I won't do it!

Hi that's ok if you don't have those pearls! White will do just fine!

Ok so what if, instead of the ruching, it was a plain sash made from the same material as the dress, but the color would be light pink. The design would look just like in the first picture but would be the same size as the second picture, but not removable.

I don't want the beaded waistband of the dress to be hidden by the ribbon; I want the ribbon to be beneath the beaded waistband, sewn onto the dress. Would that work?

3. As for the next dress, I'd like it exactly as it is in the picture, including color - just add pockets. The measurements for this one and the one above would be the same measurements you already have.

This two piece dress, in lilac (color #24) & white instead of black & white. I think the material is taffeta!

With this waistband on the skirt to match the same color as the dress: lilac, white, silver.

The back should have this long chiffon cape...

But instead of having the back completely open, I'd like it to only be open above the marking in this picture. The cape should begin & flow down from the black line & not have the point shoulders, just normal cap sleeve.

Hello! I'm just checking on the changes for my dresses! I received an email that says the customization will be closed in three days! I just wanted to make sure everything is ok! You said you would be able to provide photos once the long white dress had been changed & I said I would pay $178 after that! I'm sure it's fine & this is probably a standard message but I wanted to make sure I will still be able to pay & receive the dresses!

Also, do you have to have a physical address or an you ship to a post office box? We have not received mail since we lost our home in the flood and I need to make sure this package arrives safely & on time! Have a nice weekend!

Hi again! I have a quick question before you ship the dresses? It looks like the dress was changed quite a bit besides just the pink ribbon to a white ribbon. The sleeves don't look cap anymore, the stones seem more yellow than white, the neckline is different & so is the back! I do LOVE the back but I'm not sure about the other changes.

Thanks for replying. The back is completely different though! The picture with the pink ribbon has a different back than the picture with the white ribbon. The back with the pink ribbon has an open V-shaped back; the back with the white ribbon has is closed & zips all the way to the back of the neck. Would you mind having a picture taken of the dress with the white ribbon again? I'd like to see it the way it looks today before its shipped! Thanks so much!
