No problem, below dress was originally in ivory color with blush belt, we will replace belt and lining in champagne color directly. What we need to confirm is the color of strapless bodice which has lace over lining, so it will be made out of ivory lace as picture below over champagne lining as well.

How about we make two belts for you? One is champagne which would be sewn at waist, other is blush, if you want, you can sew it by yourself or local seamstress.
I know I'm being annoying, I just looked at the last picture I sent you and I think it is an ivory lace over a champagne lining in the bodice as well
