We had our first contact in March 2017. Like all other girls, she requested to have a unique dress for her event. We designed a very delicate bodice and kept the same silhouette of the dress she shared. We confirmed everything before starting tailoring her dress, which is our standard and must-have customization procedure.
When it came to payment, she asked me, "Do I have to pay all at once?" Customers designing dresses from Lunss are entitled to pay in installments. This is absolutely a reasonable question in this case. We completely understand the installment payment plan is a good choice for you in the following situations:
- The dress price is over your budget.
- You are having a temporary cash shortage.
- You might be in an underfunded situation. It happens most often to students.
- When you doubt Lunss’ reliability, the installment payment plan will be the best way to release your worry. Pay a deposit, check your finished dress, and then pay the rest money before shipping your dress.
- For wholesale orders, an installment payment plan is always advised.
The eligibility conditions of installment payment plans on Lunss are listed as follows:
- The order amount is less than 400 USD. Full payment is required.
- The order amount is 400 USD or more. The first payment is required at least 50% of the full amount.
- The order amount is over 1000 USD. You could choose to pay on a weekly or monthly basis.

TIPS:
- We only process customized orders after getting at least 50% of the full payment.
- Points you earn in installment payments can only be used after your current customization is completed.
After we got a deposit of 50 percent from Miss J, we started making her dress. As we promised, we provided finished images of the dress for her confirmation in 25 days. She absolutely loved the dress and paid the balance before shipping.
